Black tank valve leaking

Hi all, new Sierra 380bh5 with enclosed under belly and has a remote valve control at the docking station. Over the course of two days it leaked about two cups of fluid past the valve so when i pulled the cap off, you can guess what happened next. Is there a way too adjust these valves or fix this without taking to dealer? I've run the tank flush incase debris was an issue plus 10-15gal of water thru toilet and still not holding.

Not sure. But in the meantime you could put an add on shut off valve on the outlet to help it seal from leaking out onto the ground when you hook and unhook the stinky slinky.
