Brand/Floor Plan Recommendations Sought

All,

DW and I are planning on upgrading to a larger TT in the next 18 months. We've really enjoyed our lil Roo but now that we have a larger TV we want more space. I'm looking for recommendations in or outside of the FR family that meet the following requirements. As the Forest River website doesn't offer much information in the way of optional upgrades (unless I'm just not seeing it somewhere obvious), I'm not sure what they have that will meet our wants. Right now the Imagine 2800BH or Jayco White Hawk 29BH seem the best candidates outside of the FR family.

30' or less box (35' overall max length)
No slides on the entry/passenger side (we think it ruins the awning space)
2 ACs (2x 15K or 1 x 15K and 1 x 13.5)
Double Over Double/Full Bunkhouse Floorplan (We like the concept of folding the bottom bunk up and putting in crates or building a space for the dogs)
4 Season Capable
Would prefer Freestanding Table and Chairs in lieu of a dinette
Would prefer a shower door or retractable door over a curtain (but this isn't a dealbreaker)

Thank you in advance!

When you say "4 season capable", can you clarify that?
There are only a handful of RVs that are truly "4 season capable", like those from Arctic Fox and Outdoors RV.
The rest are 3 season at best.

Heated tanks are the main thing that comes to mind. We have them on our Roo and while we've never camped someplace REALLY cold, it was nice peace of mind when temps dipped below freezing overnight on a couple trips.
