Can I put the king pin stabilizer jack here?

Our Arctic Wolf 5th wheel has a Reese Revolution hitch on it, meaning that when not in use i can easily rotate it perpendicular to the camper so that it's out of the way when parked.

I decided to purchase a Eaz-Lift King Pin Stabilizing jack (https://www.eaz-lift.com/product-pag...abilizing-jack) to help take some more of the bounce out of the camper. However, using the jack as intended would require us to leave the hitch parallel to the camper.

So, i'm wondering if i could put the stabilizer under the pivoting bolt instead so that i can have the hitch stowed and not sticking out as far.

Thoughts?
