Crusader Cracks

Our 2016 has developed cracks! One crack is about in the middle between the bunk room and the kitchen slides up at the gutter. The other one is at the top back where the kitchen slide comes in. And the last one is at the top back where the dinning/lounges slide comes in. Our dealer is working with Prime Time and they want to take it back to the factory for 6 to 8 weeks to check it out! We love our rig and this has really bummed us out. Anyone else had anything like this happen? Is there any way to contact Prime Time directly?

Personally if the factory wants it back, that's the route I'd go. I've heard alot of stories on here where the factories end up making it right. Sometimes replacing the entire wall. As long as you didn't do anything wrong to cause the issue it ends up being a minimal cost. I'd get the details on what will happen once it arrives at the factory. Maybe there is a contact at the factory you could communicate with during the repair.
Hope the best for you.

Bad situation BUT you could not ask for a better remedy. I would be grateful the factory wants to get back. It means they care about their product and their customers. ... albeit 8 weeks,,,

You should be able to use the Forest River webpage to contact the factory.
