Exterior compartment leak

We just took delivery (April 20) on a new Palomino Solaire 28QBSS TT. Hadn't had any rain till this weekend and haven't taken it out for its first camping trip yet. Yesterday, while just getting things ready on it in the driveway, after the rain stopped, I opened the two smaller front exterior compartment doors and found water pooled by both inside.

I've read a lot of posts about issues related to compartment doors, but wondered if any fellow Forest River owners had any specific knowledge of what to look for and fixes to try based upon personal experience. Not a happy camper (yes, pun intended) right now.

I noticed a leak on my stored tracer 2700res, but it was not level and the downspout angle directed water right down the side of the unit over the storage doors.

Once I stored it level the problem went away.. I considered bringing it up as a warranty issue.. Perhaps I should.
