If you're going to get a 1500 4X4 then you had better go with the Flagstaff. The hitch weight of the Cruiser is more that a 1/2 ton pickup can deal with safely.
Keep in mind that the Flagstaff is designed to be light and used with a 1/2 ton pickup. The Cruiser is better built but you need to get a 3/4 ton pickup for it.
The GVWR of the Flagstaff is just under 8000 pounds. That's just 1500 pounds over the actual weight of the trailer. The Cruiser which which weighs 500 pounds more than the Flagstaff, has a GVWR of well over 11,000 pounds.
