hitch ball height for 2007 Forest River Surveyor SV255RS

I recently purchased a new TV and need to adjust the height of my Blue Ox hitch.

Does anyone know the height from the ground to the inside (or maybe it suppose to be outside?) top of the hitch socket for a perfectly leveled 2007 Forest River Surveyor SV255RS?

I have an appt to get my Hayes brake controller from my old TV installed on my new TV, and while I am there I'd like to get the Blue Ox hitch adjusted (since they have the heavy duty tools on hand).

I measured it at the storage unit but the ground is a bit uneven left to right and front to back. I came up with 22.5 inches.

Unless someone haas that particular model and has measaured it before it's going to be hard to get much help. Besides, the proper way to adjust the hitch is to hook it up and make the measurements and then adjust it.
