How Level Is Level
I know you want your rig to be as level as you can have it. BUT, we are about 3” high from front to back. I’m unable to adjust the hitch or the Trail-Air. The Trail-Air will hit the rails I have for our cover. I’ve remove the slide flange already on the Trail-Air and it’s helps, but I’m unable to lower it or the hitch anymore.
My question is how bad is 3” to high in the front?

3" out of level, front to back, on a 30' trailer isn't enough to worry about.

Ditto. I wouldn't worry about 3". When ya start hitting 5" then I would start looking at other solutions. Bigger trailer tires, flipping the axles.....

Don't have a trailer but I have a bullet level on the floor freezer. I get paranoid when any part of the bubble is out of the circle and will do everything to make sure it is all inside the circle.
Just my being anal I guess.

I think he's referring to being out of level when towing

Yes, it's when I'm hooked up to the truck. When we are parked I do level up.

On a 30 foot trailer, 3 inches "nose high" doesn't seam like a lot. I had a 25 foot 5er that was a lot higher when pulled by my diesel and eventually had to flip the axles. My new 8285WS rides absolutely flat on the road. I love it.
I wouldn't worry at this point. The general consensus here is not to worry.
Good Luck,

Add my voice to the "no big deal" side, as long as it feels OK towing.
