Our 2012 Flagstaff 8528RKWS was back to dealer for ds landing jack and hasn't been back since. I've made a few mods, but nothing had to be repaired by dealer other than ordering a new table top that was splitting and I replaced it. Toilet shut off valve was leaking in FL and was replaced by Dometic. I consider this trailer to be the best we've ever had since 1975 (9 total).

Most of the problems on my columbus are from quality control things if it wasn't for those things it would almost be perfect

Same here, a few minor things not fixed when left the factory. Missing clip in window screen, window screen has small tear in it, shower head leaking when turned off, valance on kitchen window missing screws. Still took over 3 weeks for the dealer to fix these issues

Purchased a Coleman Bayside pop-up in 1999, roof cracked, mushy floor etc. Sent it back to the factory where they offered to replace the unit with a 2001 for an additional $350, no brainer, new warranty and all the upgrades done over the past 2 years. Traded that in for a 2001 Keystone Litehouse, similar to the Roo, Slideout leaked, propane line cracked from vibration, floor ruined from water getting past the seal they didn't install. Traded that in for the 2007 Georgetown 370, numerous issues including the rear falling apart, which was Ford's problem, but electrical issues, not the best workmanship I've seen. All in all the RV industry as a whole has to do a better job than they currently are doing. Quantity over Quality should never be the way business is done, but check out other forums and you read about the same issues across the board. We don't want the government getting involved any more but it sure would be nice if they had to take back their lemons.

We purchased a 2013 wildcat 32qb in June and have been on three trips since and other than an operator error, It's been flawless with no issues! This our first NEW 5th wheel purchase.

We've had 3 TT's. The first a 2004 Coachman, no issues. The second a 2006 Coachman, only wear and tear items. The 3rd, a new 2014 Wildwood, Only had it a month or so. No issues yet everything works great. The tow vehicle has been the same for all three, 2004 Nissan Titan, only factory recalls no other issues.

My first TT in 2008 was a Jayco 25LGT Featherlite. Our second TT is a 2013 Rockwood Ultralite 8315bss. Neither have had any problems other than the ones created by me. In the Jayco I de-winterized it a few weeks early, put it away wet and we had a severe cold snap in the April. I discovered the fractured joint at the back of the toilet bowl when I next hooked up to a water supply. Who knew I would have had an indoor fountain!
The only problem I've had with the Rockwood was because I didn't know about the separate switch for the electric water heater. Drained the HW tank and then didn't fill it until after plugging in to electricity. Managed to burn out the heater element.
Now, I do have a minor issue with the awning not going back straight and sitting on the guide rails properly but that's a project for the spring unless I px the TT and go for the 5th wheel option.

We started with a used coleman pop up. Never a problem, next was an Antigua hybrid, never an issue. In 2011 we bought a jayflight 28bhs and was a great unit with the only issue being the toilet valve would occasionally stick and allow water to flow into the bowl with the dump valve closed, was fixed under warranty with camping world bending over backwards to accommodate us.. Just traded in on a new fifth wheel, I have high hopes on this unit, it's a beauty!

You and I must be twins!!! I started with a Starcraft Pop up, then 2001 Jayco Kiwi 23b hybrid, then 2011 Jayco Jayflight 29bhs, and just last year went to a 2013 Rockwood 8281SS. All in 7 years. Loved them all. Had very little problems with any of them. So far with one season under my belt, with my 5w. It has been great!!!!

Lol. We laugh when we read about the "get the third one first" deal. We bought our 5er first. We love it so far...except I get jealous of some of these super fancy ones...I guess they come with a fancy price tag. Loving life.

On my fifth trailer, two pop ups and three travel trailers and I must be sitting on a stack of horse shoes because I have had no problems with any, no tire problems, no nothing? I am looking for a new tow vehicle for last Friday night after the show my wife and I had no wheels to drive home in, obviously someone needed a ride more than we did, this is only the third vehicle to disappear in 15 years

Problems
I think that most of the problems we have with RVs could be prevented if Dealers would back what they sell. Very few dealers back what they sell.
