Lightest 2 bedroom fifth wheel for F150

Hello,

I am on the lookout for a F150 towable fifth wheel that has two separate bedroom. The second one is for the grandkids and their parents when they join us. I have seen a few travel trailers with a double extension for that second room but I prefer to stick with a 5th wheel. Anything from 2012 and up is fine. THanks for your help! Hank

No such 5th wheel exists for a F150, not even one with the Heavy Duty Payload package. There is NO 1/2 ton-towable two bedroom 5th wheel.
If you want one with 2 bedrooms, you'll need a 3/4 ton at minimum but probably a 1 ton.
And I own a F150 3.5 Ecoboost with the Max Tow package.
And congrats on your first post, after 9 years!

I concur with not recommending any 5er or 2 bedroom trailer behind a 1/2 ton vehicle. F150s are designed for comfort not towing. Sure, they will pull a cargo trailer with no issues but if you've got passenger tires on it and a 30ft RV in tow...you are gonna meet the insurance adjuster very soon. Do your research starting with the CCC number on the drivers door pillar. Good luck with your search.

Sir,

Following Bikedan reply, further research and your comments, my search for such 5th wheel has ceased...Thank you both!
