If that water is coming from your black tank cleanout plumbing you have a serious plumbing issue. The factory installed cleanout is a closed self contained system.

Flush works fine. I do have very high pressure though on my supply line to the flush connection.

Regardless of the pressure, the black tank flush is more or less a closed circuit with the only outlet being the roof vent, inlet, toilet and the sewer hose connection.

That's what we're trying to address, by telling you it should not be connected in any way to your black tank flush. It will be up to you to trace the lines and may require you to look inside the belly covering.

On my trailer, the blue lines are the low point drain for the fresh water tank. The only difference being mine has an on/off spigot attached to the end and yours simply shows an open tube. The color of the line would indicate a fresh water drain.

That would be my first guess too. They have to be fresh water tank oveflow/vent lines.

Agree, but if the system is completely dry and you hook up the black tank flush you should NOT get water out of either low point drains even with the caps off or valves open.

The valve could be located up higher.
I see one line with a valve further back.
That would most likely be the fresh drain.

I have a blue line with the valve on it about a foot to the left of it which is my freshwater tank

I am wondering if your black tank flush and fresh water fill are either mislabeled or plumbed incorrectly. As others have stated, when using the black tank flush no water should be coming out of the plumbing other than the sewer.

It sure looks to me like it’s the fresh water tank overflow line.

could be the fresh water fill and the black water flush lines are reversed or miss labeled.

did the water start and stop with the black tank flushing? Or did you just happen to notice it while you were flushing?

what is above those lines in the trailer?

EDIT:
is this a brand new trailer with clean tanks? If so remove the sewer cap and open the black tank dump valve and try flushing. if nothing comes out try the other hose fitting.

Others here might disagree with me, but I would consider dropping half a teaspoon of mild dish soap in the black tank and run the flush cycle. If soap bubbles come out of those blue lines you definitely have some issues to resolve.

Lines are not reversed. Black tank valve open water starts and stops when I turn incoming hose on and off. Fresh water tank was only 1/3 full when I was flushing, so probably not that overflow. I have flushed 3 times before.

I will have to remove bottom to see what is above.

just guessing. it looks like the trailer is leaning to one side (one set of wheels on asphalt, the other on grass). if fresh water tank was full it could be the lean is causing water to exist the overflow. could the other one be a drain from the refrigerator? there no way I can conceive of a drain like that to be associated with either the black or gray tanks. send that picture to the cardinal support person at forest river and ask them.
