Pin box bolt torque

I want to adjust my pin box down so I can lower the ball on my Andersen Ultimate. The bolts are most likely 5/8", as the bolt heads are 15/16". Does anyone know for sure what the proper torque is for them? I've searched the net and the forum, and haven't found a conclusive answer. (I have 7" of clearance between the bed rails and the 5er so that's not a concern.) Thanks!

This is what was on Etrailer, I will say this I tried 275lbs on 3/4 #5 bolts and lock washers, it broke my lock washers. I also had an RV tech tell me 120lbs, they use air impact wrenches set to 120 ft lbs. I went with 225 ft lbs using Grade 5 3/4 bolts, I check mine twice a year.

1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs
5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs
3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs

Do you know which pin box you have.

Here's what etrailer says about the 1621 pin box torque specs.

Quote:
Pin box bolt torque is based on the size of the bolts.
1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs
5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs
3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs

Thanks. That was the number I came up with based on size. Just wasn't sure what Lippert wanted.

That's a big torque wrench to get to 275ft/lbs.
