Angry Rockwood slow on delivering goods

We dinged our fifthwheel first time out. Need to replace two doors, dealer order doors five weeks ago and haven't heard from Rockwood when they will arrive. When we call all we get is a recording and no call back. Anybody out their have had any dealings with Rockwood and maybe how we can get them to respond to our desire to get camping. It's frustrating.

They weren't much help either. At first they stated they could have the doors in three days. Well that didn't happen.
They state know that it takes Rockwood five weeks to fill an order. We'll see, the five weeks are up this week.
We're trying to work with the dealership. All we ask is that the dealership and Rockwood work with us.

The parts arrived. I guess it does take five weeks to get parts from the manufacturer. A little more communication would be helpful.

Communication is always helpful and courteous as well. Sooooo what kind of dings happened? What doors. Got pics?

Not to embarrass you or anything just curious. I'm pretty sure most of us have screwed something up somewhere along the way on our rigs. (I know I have).
