Sewer handle broke off, need pointers

Chaparral 295x. Grey water handle and rod pulled out. In Maine, limited resources. Is this an easy fix?

How hard is it to reach the valve itself?
You could get a replacement from amazon and change it with just small wrench and maybe pliers. Literally a 5 min job ASSUMING THE TANK IS EMPTY!!!
I don't know about the cable connection but you could change the valve and scramble under there to pull the handle for now when you need to dump.

Took a tube cutter and cut the tube, exposed the cable. Dumped the tank and put a waste gate valve at the end. That'll be fine for a few days.
