Slides stuck out

We have a 2003 Keystone RV
Big sky Montana fifth wheel series M-3280 RL


There are 3 slides and they all run on the motor. One of them is stuck out. We were told the hydraulic pump needs to be replaced and that in order to do that we have to relieve the pressure on the hydraulic pump and drain the fluid from the tank.

Wondering how to relieve pressure and If we had someone come out and replace the whole thing how much it would be. Also we can hear clicking when attempting to use it but it doesn't do anything.

Your Keystone is not a Forest River product but a brand of Thor Industries Inc.
So you'll probably have to provide much more information than normal since odds are no one here owns your particular model.

Who told you the motor needs to be replaced? Clicking, have you checked the battery level? Will the other slides go out?
