It hasn't hit 70 here in Albuquerque yet, but I definitely have Spring Fever. We purchased our first 5th wheel last October and have stayed in it only one night. Through the winter we have made sure all checked out and slowly configured things to our liking. Now we have our first long trip in it planned for the beginning of May (Grand Canyon and DisneyLand) and we are very excited. Hopefully a short weekend trip in late March or early April.

Hey South Carolina, we in south Georgia hit 77 today. We are raising a power line to the house to get better clearence. A little low.
We should start seeing all the Nascar rigs going down I-95, late this week.

Well, here in Denver we were having 65-70's days and now we are back down to 5 degrees tonight. We definitely have spring fever with our first camping trip coming in April. We just ordered our new Crusader 5th wheel and if it comes in early, we will take it out for our kids spring break at the end of March. Can't wait!

How do you get the avatar map under your name and how do you color in the states you've been to?

It's a nippy -17 Celcius here in Nova Scotia this morning with a snow storm on its way. We went to the RV show here last week and now are getting the itch to get back out. Only 3 months before any campgrounds are thawed out enough to go camping. LOL.

On a side note, Nascar starts again soon, can't wait for Daytona.

We are dying to get out and get our new camper broke in for the season. Problem is, we are in a ice storm here in Ohio....April seems like forever away.

All this talk that winter weather comes from the Great White North.

Seems this latest blast is starting from down South, and blowing Northwards. We're all getting a taste of this one.

One of the best signs I saw last January when we were in Florida, and they were being subjected to the coldest stretch of weather in decades....

"Okay.......which one of you Candians left the window open?"

Do you ever worry about all of that snow on top of your rv? We live just north of SF and are enjoying the same lovely weather as you. Yesterday I noticed that it looks like about a foot of the nasty white stuff up there.

HURRY UP APRIL.........

Camping time is close.

We had 2 blizzards last February, over 20" both times within a week and a half and had no problems. I think that question was posted then also and a couple replies asked "Do you see any Dealers cleaning them off?" So with a foot of snow I wouldn't sweat it. I cleaned mine off after the storms about 2 weeks later when it had melted a little but it came off in big chunks. It took me about 2 hours to clean it off with a push broom. Thankfully I didn't fall off. The roof was slippery just being wet.

What campground are you staying at when you get to Disneyland? Our friends stay at Orange Campground (I think it is on Ball Rd) not sure what other campgrounds are near the parks.

Forgot to mention...The Tulsa Boat Sport and Travel Show started today. Thinking there was a minimal crowd today with 14" of snow.
