storage vent or not to vent

The maxie vent covers, while TT is in storage in hot, humid weather should be open or closed? What is your method and theory?

I have always left mine open to allow air circulation. I always put out a bowl of KCL to act as a dehumidifier also.

In the hot summer months, I leave the overhead vents open and a couple windows cracked open, one in the front of the TT and one in the rear.

Aero-Flo Vent Covers.

In the winter months, I leave the overhead vents open slightly, all windows closed and a small thermostatic controled electric heater "ON" in the center of the TT.

The TT is always under cover in my back yard, so I don't worry too much about the weather.
Since June the TT had been plugged in to shore power with the A/C & Fridge running, when we're not out camping.

Calcium chloride. It is great for absorbing moisture. I get it from oilfield service companys that work for me, it is used as a weight material when mixed with water and used as a setting agent in cement. You should be able to buy it at hardware stores.
