The Cheap Dinette

I hate those things. We are gonna be buying a 2020 Vibe 26RK and unless I want to special order one with what I want which would take months. So I'm stuck with one I find acceptable except for that dreaded cheap ass dinette they stick in all rvs. They are ugly cheap and did I say cheap low quality yet? Yes I hate them. I want a simple decorative table and chairs....it looks so much better and the call that an upgrade. I'm planning on pulling that crappy dinette out and just placing table and chairs there. Has anyone else done this? I hope what's underneath that dinette doesnt have to be replaced.

entry level rigs tend to come with a dinette as standard equipment, many folks have removed them for the free standing table and chairs and been happy. With that said (myself included) regretted the change and the loss of storage space after a time plus always having to strap the chairs down when traveling.
