Trailer Brakes fuse

I have a 2016 Wildcat that the trailer Breaks stopped working after a hard stop. I had the truck checked out and it is working properly. Ford anyone know where the fuses are to the breaks?

This is a relatively easy troubleshoot if you have a meter or 7 pin trouble shooting plug. Using a meter set at 20V DC scale have someone step on brakes with ignition on. You should see 12V on brake pin ( may rise slowly to 12V depending on the controller). If you have 12V the TV is OK. Under the trailer near the axles you should see wire nuts on the wiring that leads into the brake drums. You can check voltage there as well. If there is 12V there, you have an issue with the magnets/brakes themselves. It is unusual for all the brake mechanisms to fair at once.

There is a very big difference between "trailer breaks fuse" and "trailer brakes fuse".

You said that they checked the truck and it's working properly. There should be no fuses in the brake circuit after it leaves the tow vehicle.

My bet is that the 'hard' stop pulled something loose, possibly a ground wire as it appears to have affected all the brakes.

That diagram is for a OTR tractor&trailer plug, Not RV 7 blade. Here's the correct one.
