Have not camped with it yet, we are leaving day after Christmas for a week long trip will know more then. It is only 5k BTU so it will not be making anybody sweat but that is okay, we run the fan on always while sleeping for background noise with a portable heater going.

If you already have a dometic single zone LCD thermostat on the wall it should be a super easy plug n play setup. Mine was a pain only because I had to pull the 18-5 wire to thermostat and tap into 12V.

Took the DW Christmas present out of it and gave it to her. It's been in the camper for a couple of weeks. She never even knew

Had to replace the RF controller on the awning led lights today as the old one just quit working. Got on eBay and ordered 2 new spares for $21.98 including shipping.

Replaced all my interior bulbs with LEDs today. Next I'll replace the porch light bulbs and the exterior light by the tounge.

A few odds & ends in preparation for our upcoming trip. Also put Furkid proof locks on the screen doors.

What did you do to your camper today?

Am paying to have it washed and waxed before our drive home tomorrow. I'm ashamed to admit, this is the roof's first washing and camper's first waxing.

So you had that done before you left to come home?

Bring that rig down here to south MS the next time you want that done and I'll fix you up. Say $9.75/ft.

I'm just funnin'! They should have cut you a deal since you are a star with beautiful hair.

I know the timing and cost is awful, but it surely isn't happening by me or once I get home. I figure with a good waxing, I'll get better gas mileage since she'll cut thru the air mo' better!

They had 3 guys and it took them 4-5 hours. They washed the outside and roof first and then came back to wax it. It was more than I wanted to spend, but the timing and convenience were right.

When I do it, I always count on 2 days, My one day stuff has been gone now for awhile, What use to take one day has now graduated to two days. If I hire a young buck they are done in 4 to 6 hrs. But I have learned not to let it go, it will take twice as long to try and get it back again....

He mentioned that they use Meguirs and 3M products. I didn't ask what they used.

No idea how it went on or off, but I did see them using power buffers- if that helps.

I can ask on their Facebook page if y'all would like.
