I do the routine washing of the roof and entire rig at least three times a season but have not waxed this one yet....bought some Meguires marine/rv wax for when the weather warms up here in Ohio...probably will NOT use a buffer, just good old elbow grease for me 💪

spent most of the day figuring out what was going on with one of my slide outs. The darn thing worked perfectly the whole time in alaska, been back since September and has bee n parked and covered since then. Today prepping for our trip to Florida on the 5th of Jan. After switching controllers from one slide out to another, believe we have a bad motor and a bad controller on the same slide out....

Getting closer to my solar install. Ordered 4 160w grape PVs today, picked up 4 Trojan t145s, and installed the magnum remote monitor and the Tristar monitor. Working on the battery box now.

Today I:
1) Added a Water Heater Tank Drain Valve.
2) Finished my - Rotating the Dinette Table and easier mounting Design. Eliminating the Dinette Table "Wobble". That was nice.
3) Went through all my 12 Volt Fuses and figured out which ones controlled what items, Lights, Fans, etc. And made a list so I can attach it to the panel.
4) Ran my HEAT, it was cold here in Baltimore.... Burned off the dust and cleared the smoke detector, and alarms. What a pain....
5) Charged my Battery.
6) Checked my Propane Tank Levels, 1 needs to be re-filled.
7) Extended my awning, to dry it out.
8) Man.... I'm tired.......

Appreciate the report there Fabio! I've been using Protect All. Applying with a microfiber towel and wiping it off with a microfiber towel. I'm slow, I know, but it will take me 6 hours to do everything. I'm thinking about buying a buffer but am leery of scratching the gel coat. This can has been kicked down the road before, so thanks for looking into what they did. When your rig shines, it feels better.

1 Routed a rear view antenna booster on outside to back of 5th wheeler to the side to have clear distant to reduce drop signal.
2. Replaced Bauer Keyless electronic door latch with their latest version. This was a warranty replacement. The new one has extra feature and more metal.
3. Refilled propane.
4. Tow vehicle, wash and detail, and drained the water trap. Diesel was clean and dry after my 2500 mile trip from Disney World. I buy only from Truck Stops.

I put the snow boots on the TV, which they helped save me. Some dude in a pickup couldn't stop on a grade at a stop sign, and slid out into the main Rd. Luckily, no one was coming the other way, and I was able to swerve, and stuck to the road.


Also got 2 new RamMounts, one for my phone, one for my tablet. I tried them out. Image is deceiving, but the top of the tablet is still before my hood line, so it obstructs nothing.


Then, I fixed what broke on the last camping trip. Needless to say, our campers are not over engineered. Fat Butt here broke the frame on the dinette. I don't think it is going anywhere now. Next, replacing the paper thin wood on top with something a bit thicker.

Chooch: I see in 1 photo that it say's solar prep? would are they doing to a ROO to claim that now? Just like to keep up with FR progress....

Added a 120V outlet and wiring to allow for second ceramic heater to be run directly from pedestal or run dehumidifier at home without leaving TT plugged in. Mounted outlet near floor just outside shower and used opening under shower to access belly pan for exit hole. Wire runs to edge of trailer where I secured a plug. I use a #10 25ft extension cord from there to house mounted outlet or campground pedestal. Lots of bad thunder storms here in summer so I do not like to leave TT plugged in.

The unit you saw is probably my next unit. I saw it sitting at the dealer, and fell in love with it.

Basically, the "solar ready" is external solar by Zamp Solar. Here is the info.

Basically, they have a plug on the outside, and you buy the portable kit that plugs into the plug. The Roo, with a single plug, will be able to handle up to 150 watt solar kit.

Winterized her- blew out the lines and then pushed pink stuff in. (Yes, overkill- but belt and suspenders for me.)

My wife gave the inside a good scrubbing.

Next up, pulling out everything that we don't want to leave in for the winter.

Sitting in site F66 in TT Orlando and all I did was spray the site for bugs, etc and enjoyed the 86 degree weather with a slight breeze. Wonderful weather.

Made a shelf for my garbage so that it will sit up higher in that compartment and can't miss it now it is tight up against the counter top and installed Leksand in my screen door

Ha! I miss it already. My time in Orlando is summer only. We have 86 degrees, too- but it's like 10,000% humidity then. Truth be told, Key West was nice but the humidity was intense. I was surprised how humid winter could be!

The Unofficial TT group on FaceBook is all up in arms over the rule changes at TTO and new manager. Do you have any thoughts on all of it? If I recall correctly, you weren't a big fan of the old manager.
