Hard wired in a Progressive 50amp surge/low voltage protector in the electrical bay.
Figured it was doing no good on the garage bench!! Temp outside was 65 yesterday so it was an easy job.

There are a ton of 12v + posts in the fuse box. I just used one of the existing wires and used the ground bus in there as well and presto...there it is

Added LED awning lights on our 2014 Silverback 33RL, today......waited until it got dark tonight so I could play with the remote....white or colors...they all look good.......34 degrees outside....didn't take long to decide they work fine.

Sorry, didn't give you a complete thought and hit send before I included the info.
This is the display that I purchased: Clicky

I actually purchased 2 of them and have one outside in a convenient place for a quick check when at storage. The one outside is wired to the battery so it's always on.

I learned a neat trick and it really works.

Before extending a slide-out, stand next to the slide-out and put one arm out straight. If it doesn't touch anything, like a tree, it is safe to extend it.

I've proven this to be true. (But my wife still stands outside and ensures it's safe...just to be sure!)

Did some personalizing on the new coach. Mama is happy now with the decorations and I am happy with the new recliner.

Got a portable Progressive Industries unit and also linked my camper's entry door to my wireless home security system. Now feel safer on a couple of different levels.

What I found works for me is to use my level. It is 32" long, fist I check obstructions with the length of the level if I have doubts, next I place it vertically along the outside wall to check for side to side level. Finally I head up to the tongue and place it on the frame as I level off front to back, it really saves on the back and forth.

I'd love to see a pic of where it's wired.

And the red light on mine means an open circuit or a blown fuse.

Nice day yesterday 70+º. Pulled the RV out of its storage slot inspected the roof and installed the wingman that was purchased awhile back. Backed it into its slot putting it to sleep for a couple more weeks.
