Should have my LED step light installed by end of day. Also installed 2nd battery to My V-Light. Last added bike rack. Oh ya forgot the LED lights I put in the pantry. Later RJD

Took the Rockwood to storage for a couple weeks. Setup my brake controller with the new F 250 on the way.

Washed / waxed the truck. Replaced our screen door handle (six-year old broke it off last trip). I might just buy an extra one ($9 @ Camping World) and keep it in the spare parts kit.

Are you using the integrated one? How did it work out. I have heard mixed reviews with them. Bet your liking that FORD F-250. You got some power now...

Got really lucky yesterday and not in that TMI way!

Yesterday morning, I dumped my black tank before we headed out for 12+ hours. I ran the flush a couple of times to make sure it was good and cleaned out- we had a little bit of an odor.

What I thought I finished with was closing the black valve and turning off the water.

What I really did was turn ON the water to the rear black tank flush.

Which meant- I had 2 water hoses on- one to the front black tank and one to the rear black tank.

Where I got lucky:
- the rear black tank hose (new expandable hose) had a shut off built in and it was turned off at the side of the camper blocking water from going into the camper.

- I never closed the valve for the front black tank.

I've long understood that the purpose of my life is to be an example for others. Scared me pretty good!

What a difference an extra 9 inches makes! Wow, much better towing.

Today I changed the locks on all 5 of the cargo doors and now they are keyed the same as the camper door. No more CH751 keys that are common to every camper in the campground!
I got the new locks at RVLocksAndMore | RV Locks | RV Keys | Fastec FIC Locks and Keys
They were not expensive and I was able to get them keyed the same as the camper door which eliminates one key from the keyring.

Integrated controller works great, with the bumper pull the anti sway worked really well straightening up on a cross wind.

Now the ability to dial in effort to stop adds more functionality to the original models. The brakes do not grab like using a prodigy. Or the Tekonsha i had in the past.

Guess I got the title a bit wrong. It's been almost 33 years since I've seen it!
