I cut a 3 sided trap door, folded that back, did what I had to do, then I drilled some small holes in 'cardboard' and used small tie-wraps. If I need to get back in, no problem now, and the fit is okay.....no sag.

Mine has rods, but some have found the cables are excessivly long and tend to bind up.At the valve end the hous'n is held into valve with a couple set screws. WD 40 might work as a lube.

Mine has the long cables. I may cut out the belly to see if I can replace the cables for something else.

Put plumber's silicone faucet grease on toilet valve gasket - trying to keep the antifreeze in the toilet.

I saw electric (12v) actuated valves on a 5'er once. Quite expensive but may be worth looking into.

Well I cut the belly and looked at what I need to do. Can not turn the 3" around and put the handle though the frame, so I am just cut in a new valve below the belly cover, but I can turn the grey water drain valve and drill a small hole in the frame and have the handle outside of the frame. It will be a lot easier to operate them that way. Drove 85 miles to get the parts in Lake Havasu City, AZ. to day. I will work on it this weekend if weather permits, raining, and blowing tonight.

Just replaced my iRV66 with the latest. The EQ lines/animation doesn't show more times than not. My biggest annoyance is that it still doesn't remember the speaker zone settings and 2 & 3 have to be turned off every time.

ependydad,

From your description, I'm guessing your "latest" version is at least several months old. The iRV66 that came in our recently delivered 5er (built 09/15) exhibits those exact same problems.
