This is what I use. Fits nicely in back storage bay.

Yes, you are probably right. 13 years of salt from Midwest winters, I would really think it would have rust.
But, I really don't understand your point........or are you one of those people?

Point being, no body does anything to protect underneath. Cars, trucks or RVs. Its like, "If you want it, do it yourself"! That's all, not being snarky.

Put the batteries back in Friday night and put away a few things so we could start getting ready for camping season!
Today we dropped it off at the dealer to get a couple pieces of metal (front pieces seem to be separating at the joint and 1 of the door trims won't lock into place), bearings checked and greased, brakes checked and roof checked..

ID:	103738ordered a replacement mattress. This has to be better than the factory one-certainly can't be any worse!! This was by far the cheapest price that I found=$255 shipped & tax included.

Just had to order a replacement AC shroud for the front unit. After camping for a week and going through a pretty rough hail storm that surprisingly didn't damage the camper, but did dent our trucks up pretty good, I made it all the way into the driveway and took a different route than normal only to forget about the electric service wire running to the house. I guess that's what I get for making the comment of, "Well, at least the camper isn't hurt". Still, it could've been worse, I could have pulled the weather head off of the house. I'm calling it good for doing anything else to the camper today.

Thank You , I never could figure out why they put the battery disconnect next to the radio in the main storage compartment so I just added one close to the battery's ..

Aligned my stove one side stuck out more on one end than other. Easy fix. They couldn't take the time at factory to set it in correctly. Fixed about 20 min. Lot better than taking back to dealer. 👍

My new 26DBH

I picked up my first TT a few weeks ago and am in the process of making her mine.

I separated the front storage from under the bed. Added an access door for the HWT to reach the bypass valve.

I picked up a ladder (Camping world - folds to 6' x 3.5" x 3.5")
Welded some brackets to mount it in the front storage compartment out of the way. This bracket opens with friction, the one on the other end is a complete welded square.

Organized the front storage compartment to get things off the floor. I may need to swap out the hooks if they don't hold well. It's what I had in the garage.

I also made a bracket to mount in the shed to hold the WD hitch with the Rock Tamers mounted.

I am in the process of making a locking cabinet to secure under the bed - I will stain it with Minwax Classic Grey. Can fit some valuables, maybe an AR...

This Weekend:
Installed the 2.5" PVC for my Flag Pole Sleeve
Installed plexiglass in my screen door to prevent the baby from getting to the screen (also added the pieces to the top right away)
Repainted my equalizer bars and areas of the frame that had surface rust
Installed shocks to the over bed cabinets in the bedroom

I just wanna go camping! Yesterday it was 67 degrees....today its 32.....
