What I did is replumbed the water input system. Had a leak on the city hook up then another leak, so I replaced it all, fixed it so all I have to do to flush the black water tank is turn on a valve( installed a check valve between the potable and non-potable) and corrected the winterizing set up( the factory plumbed the tube for the anit-freeze on the outlet from the pump so you would have to use another pump to fill the system) teed it in before the pump with two valves( one on each line) so the pump will be winterized too.

I got a Viair 400p-rv compressor last Friday. Only used it very briefly (to fill one tire before pulling the 5er to get all the tires replaced). Seemed to work great so far.
Will use it to top off all the tires evenly, including the truck tires, one morning soon.

They're not cheap, but they're lightweight, compact, and powerful. My 450P will push air into my tires where my 3 gallon Porter Cable Pancake compressor couldn't. My Porter Cable topped out at about 112psi and that was under duress. Where my Viair happily goes up to 125psi.

I had $150 in Amazon Gift certificates burning a hole in my email. I have been eying the VIAIR 450p because of the size and great reviews. The price is what kept me from buying a few months ago. With "free" $$ on Amazon, I went for it. I know they're not free $$ but they were award certificates so what the heck... What was weird, Sunday Amazon had it for $272 and then I saw it on EBAY for $252, I sent a question to EBAY because the EBAY ad didn't say what came with the compressor. Then yesterday I check Amazon again and it was $252, so I ordered it. These sites seem to snoop your browsing!

They do. I have noticed the price to be cheaper when added to the wish list.... If you let it sit it will start to increase slowly in price before getting really high. Then will drop low again before starting the cycle again... Gotta love cookies!

I got a VIAIR 400P earlier this year. I was surprised at how quiet it is.

I just wish now that I had ordered the RV version with the 2nd coiled hose. That would make it easier to fill the tires on both sides without moving the compressor and the truck! I'll probably just pick up a 25' or 50' non-coiled hose at Lowes or HD because the bag I got with the non-RV version only has a single pouch for a single coiled hose. So I recommend that if you're going to spend the money to buy one of these great little compressors, spring for the extra to get the second hose.

I got the non-RV version and just have 2 coiled hoses. I'll crack open my bag to see how I have them stored. But they both live in the 1-hose-compartment bag with it.

Ordered parts from the US and had them shipped to a Kinek Point on the border at Wellesley Island, NY.

I have to say I was disappointed with the tires that Discount Tires Direct shipped. I asked the guy on the phone if they were less than 6 months old and he said they had just arrived from the factory. The DOT date code is 4714 so they're already almost a year and a half old!

Taking the TT to a local independent trailer shop on Thursday to have the tires and valves mounted and balanced, and do an annual service on the brakes and bearings.
Thought I would add an update on my previous post. I emailed Discount Tires Direct to complain about the age of the tires they sent me and they agreed to replace them with newer tires at their cost. Customer service was very good to work with so I give them a "thumbs up". They said they checked directly with Maxxis Tires USA and couldn't get anything in an 8 ply rating 225/75R15 any newer than about 1715. Hopefully they aren't just trying sell me older stock. They may have 10 ply (LR-E) rated tires that are newer but the factory tires are 6 ply (LR-C) and I only wanted to go up one level to 8 ply (LR-D).

For others looking to order tires online, make them physically check the date codes on the tires before you agree to the purchase.

This morning I finished the work to connect our galley tank drain to the front black/gray tank drain. I'll post photos and a walk-through as soon as I have time.

I learned that that black ABS solvent gets everywhere if you're not careful

Started chasing down a leak with my 2nd toilet. I think it's the water supply line into the toilet itself. But we'll see. Can't do any more tonight.

Oh, we don't glamp. We don't do anything with "amp" in the name of it. We are RV travelers, through and through!
