Got the screen door handles, and all the bug screens installed and gave it a needed bath.

Crazy week. Had to cut the weekend camping trip short on Sunday to fly to London on Monday for a last minute meeting. Arrived back at the house 2 hours ago. I ordered two Blue Streaks sitting in the airport Monday and they arrived today. Gonna get them installed tomorrow. Can't wait.

Next RV trip is over Memorial Day weekend at Ocean Lakes with some family friends. There will be 4 adults and 4 kids in the Sandpiper.

Black tank flush on the second black tank.

1/2-installed my power awning tie-down poles.

Started wiring for LED lights.

Plexiglass for the bottom 1/2 of our screen door for baby proofing.

Oxygenics showerhead.

Watts water regulator instead of the $9-cheapo ones.

Which Watts Regulator, I need a better one then the 40-50 psi Camco one, although I have never seen pressure at a campground much higher then 60-70 psi?

I'd recommend the watts 263A-LF (which I think I remember is what ependydad mentioned he has too)
I ordered from RVWaterFilterStore.com here
http://www.rvwaterfilterstore.com/Pr...Regulators.htm
Very helpful folks, with great service, and very knowledgeable.

There's a couple of different options for the different dials and fittings. Iirc I went for the 2.5" gauge and stainless fittings (about $100).
The flow is so much better than the cheapo regulators, even at the same pressure, since the flow is less restricted.

I currently attach mine outside, using a 90 degree elbow, but I'm thinking of installing it permanently inside near the filter, but with the gauge visible.
I've found that you do need to adjust it based on incoming pressure when setting up camp

I think I have the N55B which isn't available any longer on RVWaterFilterStore.com, but basically anything from here will be better than Camco or Valterra stuff that you buy:

I would like to see a picture of your setup for fresh water and tank flush of you have one. Thanks

Thanks guys looking at getting the version with SS parts to avoid rust, $89.99 I think they seem to be well made, better than the cheap Valtera CW sells for $57.99, that one broke first weekend out, oil leaked out of gauge.

Mine is all SS. I used it for 200 nights before I had any issues and that was the gauge freezing up. 20 bucks and I was good to go. I have another couple of hundred nights on the new one and no signs of issues.

Installed the two blue streaks. Love them.

Noticed the light in the rear bathroom was dim. Removed the lens and then the fixture to find the fixture was partially melted along with the wires. The wires both had bare spots too. Went to local FR dealer for replacement (didn't ask for warranty) and was told they didn't have them and I would need to call FR with my VIN to get them. Called FR service and left a message.

Anyone know where I can find these? This is one that doesn't work, but not the melted one. This one is from the bunkhouse. Same light though.

Looks like an easy replacement with LED auto dome lights.
Might even be brighter.

1pcs High Power 24 LED Dome Bulb SMD 1210 LED Car Interior Light | eBay

Just cut away the old board and zip tie in the new one. (similar to how I did my fixtures).

I used heavy duty Velcro on the fixture and zip tied the board to the mating Velcro strip. That way any heat would not cause the glue to let go.

Some mods to the TV, put a rubber bed mat in to keep things from sliding around, (sorry, no pic) and put some nerf bars on to help the swmbo and Mother-in-law in and out of the truck.

I installed another set of led bulbs. This time I got it right. These are brighter than the original non led and are a yellow like the originals. GRV T10 921 194 24-5050 SMD Wedge LED Bulb lamp Super Bright DC 12V
by GRV http://amzn.com/B00NG7S98O
I have a few fixtures we had replaced with glass/metal from camping world and these bulbs wouldnt fit those since the glass was not allowing for the room of the large flat leds but they went everywhere else in the fixtures we hadn't replaced. Buying led's is a gamble but 3rd time is charm.

I also cut the factory rear flip down rear racks mesh to fit a small(14x12) stainless steel sink in the rack just below the rear outside shower. A stopper drain and a slip on short piece of hose to keep water off the toes.

I installed the camco screen door handle. Looks factory and works great. I installed it about a half inch higher than the cross bar at the top edge of the latch access panel so fingers can easily fit between the camco bar and the screen.

Lastly I replaced the oem shower head with a walmart flexible steel shower head hose
and a chrome Oxygenics shower head. http://amzn.com/B00F5MU5YY
I installed its wall mount as high as possible on the wall.
As for the old mount and hose support I removed them and tossed them and replaced the oem screws back in the holes since they are color correct head screws.

Pulled it out of the garage and washed it this morning. Going to apply some quick wax shortly to get me through until I have power in the shop to do a complete wax job. Will also treat the rubber with 303.

Ready for the beach in about 2 weeks!

Thanks for the info. I will probably replace the bathroom light with something like you show. However, I want to get the same or similar to OEM for the bunkhouse so the output is similar.

Was frustrated at the local place yesterday. Had to listen to them bash the dealer that I bought it from when the situation had nothing to do with the dealer. I didn't even ask the local place for warranty replacements. Was just going to buy them myself. Oh well. Guess I will drive past them the next time I need parts..... Like I did when I bought the RV.

Just finished giving 'er a "bath"
(Maybe 'wipe' is more accurate since it wasn't super thorough and no soap or wax, just a quick clean/wipe-over)

Just about to head back out and put 303 on all the slide seals.
