Repacked wheel bearings, installed new brakes and repaired electrical issue with turn signal/ brake light. Good to go again in two weeks.

Everything O.K. there?
We loaded some things for our upcoming trip to the Fort. All systems are good and all I need to do really is fill the holding tank and hook up.

Yes, we checked in yesterday and there is apparent damage. The Fort is looking great!

I'm on Fort Wilderness Facebook group and it sounds like there are some loops or parts of loops still closed. But overall, it's open and ready for people.
Will you be there over Halloween?

We have been there for Halloween but we don't arrive this year until the 6th. No golf car decorating this time.
I'm sure they'll have it all cleaned up by then.

Replaced the plastic covers that LCI sent for the electric awning today (have not used oldcoots silicone hold yet) Cut 5" hole in cabinet door (screwed shut by Flagstaff) and installed a speaker grill so the sub-woofer hidden behind it can be heard.

Got home yesterday after our last trip for the season. Cleaned out the fridge yesterday, continuing to take food stuff out today and the next day or two.
Probably really start winterizing in the next week or two.

It seems I am a non typing fool. I meant to say no apparent damage. Sorry if I confused anyone.

Loading stuff back into it! Hopefully less than we took out, but now we're time constrained to really go through stuff.
Slept in it last night in the driveway at my in-laws. Soooooooo good to be back in MY bed!

Over the past week: added 3 inch foam to both bunk beds, made a screen cover for the inside of the refrigerator side vent, put up the backslash in the bathroom, started backsplash on the kitchen. Also got all 4 tires balanced and added 3 pumps of grease to each wheel bearing. Next will be to put the brake wiring in loom and drill and bolt the top axle flange and frame together. Mine has not slipped yet,I am going to make sure it never does. I learned all of this from this forum. Thanks to all of you. Jay

How do I know what axle I have in my 2306? In looking through the literature, there are multiple options. Do I just take the wheel(s) off and look, I suppose? The center cap doesn't come off, does it (aluminum wheels)?

Can you elaborate? The axles come loose, or something?

I was interested in this too. Figuring the axle type/size for most is really easy. Crawl under and find the tag on the tube and take a pic. Normally.

Added air to all 4 tires (65#) cold, tightened 3 out of 4 wheel bearings, 3 shots of grease in each hub. Now road wise, it's ready to go other than checking torque on lugs. Just have to slowly start packing for FL 03Dec. It does need a good wash job, but I'm too lazy to do it, so will have it done in FL.
