You could protect the floor with some heavy plywood, cut into strips a foot wide, the bare rims could roll on that and protect the floor at its final place.

Winterized and put the cover on for the long winter nap a few weeks ago. Had to run down and grab the satellite receivers today and shot a pic. It seems so sad sitting there like that. Makes me want to plan an other trip, but the 27 degrees outside says otherwise. Only 3 more months or so to go.

Sad indeed. 4 month to wait here. I may have to remove snow from the roof in a few days.

Looks like you have a commercial site to park it at. Cool...

Covered for the winter. We live in south Carolina so our winters are not bad, and great compared to others out ther.

Ran the generator while I moved snow out of the driveway.

It's actually a fenced storage facility in town, but it is surrounded by a bunch of businesses. Mile and a half from the house, out of the way, but in the middle of everything. And plenty of room to maneuver a 42 ft trailer. That's probably the most important part.

Best "accessory" we ever got. Great when your arms are full of groceries.

Tell me, did you also mount the keypad on the outside? I didn't yet.....worried it would be one more thing bouncing down the highway.

I got the V4 one. The keypad is built into the handle. I also got the baggage door ones, but need to wait for the screws. They weren't delivered with the package

I got the screws at my local hardware store for about $3 for both locks. Instructions said reuse screws from old handles but those were not correct. If they're sending you fasteners though, even better.

When I installed mine, I had to drill out 4 rivets on each handle and replace them after the new one was installed. Not a big deal, but I needed my rivet gun.

I got the RVLock V4 installed, took maybe 5 minutes, it came with key fob and all new screws. However I cant get it to program, after trying many times I gave up. gonna have a couple of beers and try again after watching several youtube videos. the instructions that came with it don't help much

Our 2016 Shockwave came with these locks. I think you have to complete the programming in less than 12 seconds. We tried about 5 times, some were just plain mistakes but when it took it went quick. Our friends was the same problem, speed is your friend here I believe.

Good luck!
