Thanks for the reply sgtlm, but in my 3051 the outdoor speakers are controlled by outside tv/radio not a/b/both switch mounted inside. So still don't know what this switch controls.

Have to listen closely. A is kitchen and cab area. B is kitchen and overhead bunk. Both is kitchen overhead bunk and cab.

Subtle but does change sound.

What did you do to your camper today?

Hey 2016 got outdoor speakers. Cool. I was a year too early - none on mine.

Today I put out thee slides, lips bed most of the slide motors and checked some of the seals. I also opened the emergency window for the first time and treated the seals. Linen is now on the bed, floor washed and started loading clothing in. It looks like rain for most of the months with intermittent sunny days, so I am not sure when I will get to wash it.

Well....I'd like to take the credit but was DW that put it all together. I hadn't quite got it all figured out when she came out to get working on her list of things to do. I could hear the changes but didn't think to listen in the cab area

Got ours out of storage over the weekend and installed a MaxxAir remote controlled fan in the bathroom. DW is short and couldn't reach unless standing on toilet. Oh replaced the plastic Dometic toilet seat on the 310 with the wood one I picked up on Amazon. Much nicer.

Also repacked the wheel bearings and replaced the Westlake tires with Goodyear Endurance tires.

At some point during every day you suddenly realize nothing else productive is going to happen the rest of that day. For me, it usually occurs around 9 am.

It is an ST, so it should have a speed rating of about 10 mph.

I only kidding of course...

Sort of...

Goodyears were 599 out the door after $100 rebate back on Presidents day from Discount Tires. That is mounted as well. I just had to go pick them up back in February and hold them until I got the trailer out of storage.

Yep speed rated to 87, and 3420 pounds at 80psi. I have just over 5k per axle so I figure that with these I am running about 75% capacity. Also with a speed rating of 87 and I never go over 65 I am also running them at about 75% of that as well.

I know many say G rated or nothing but not sure how much "overkill" is needed. If I was running close to 90% then I would consider going up a size. These should be good tires but time will tell.

Also from what I have learned the "Durawall Technology" is the same as what they use in the heavy truck tires. I'm happy with them and looking forward to many years of service. Best part to me was MADE IN USA.

You can get good quality products out of China if the manufacturer wants to pay for it, just like in North America. And you can get junk manufactured in North America if you don't want to pay for quality, just like in China.

"Made in the USA" doesn't guarantee a quality product, but it does employ locally.

Is that Amor All on the tires? Also what do you use to keep the center caps from getting rust spots, I have pitting on my rims 2013's and rust on center caps

I opted for the stainless center caps when I upgraded to 16" wheels. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the plastic center cap to access the grease fitting.

Not Armor All. Got this from my son a while back. It is called Chadwick's Triple Play system and this is the No Sling Tire Dressing. Chadwick's No Sling Tire Dressing 16 Oz Bottle - Feature Product - Chadwick's Triple Play
It really is dry to the touch and applies with a sponge.

When I had the tires off I cleaned up the center caps with the Chadwick's waterless cleaner. Again I have been very happy with the stuff for cleaning the RV and the truck however it is not that cheap. I might look at some of the others out there when I run out of what I have.

As for Made in the USA I agree you can get crap anywhere. I just try to buy American when I can. These tires have some of the same technology that they have in many of their other proven lines. These are just new. I'll see how they go. I know not every one will agree with them and some will say "if not G rated they will fail". This is a great country and you can have your opinions. That is after all why I am on these boards and Facebook groups. To learn from everyone and get a lot of opinions.
