I still have a few gussets to weld to the scissor jack brackets in the rear, hopefully before the next trip on Tuesday.

Pictures 1 & 2 are sideways, but you get the idea!

Well while my fearless helper kept the cranes away I spread wood chips for our storage spot. The nitro with enclosed trailer is just there for the time being they will end up behind the garage for winter
Your helper seems to working very hard at gaurding. May I ask why you went with wood chips for your parking pad?

They were free and this is only temporary till we rent a skidssteer and haul in several loads of gravel(we will also be rebuilding one of our two driveways ). We have soft Sandy soils and we will still keep boards under the tires but we re working on building our savings back up (we bought a house got married and bought a camper all in the last year

Earlier this year I bought a V3 RV Lock for our main door. The inside handle had a lip on it that did not exist on the OEM lock assembly. The lip was too long and hung up on the screen door. It took some effort to separate the screen door from the latch! After swearing at it for a few trips, I broke out the Dremmel and ground off the lip. Screen door doesn't get latched to the lock handle any more.
When I get home, I'll break out some paint and coat the bare aluminum edge and it will look good as new.

Nope we have to under cut 18 inches to get to good subgrade bring it back up with gravel then add the fill to make it level so half of it would need about another 12 inches of gravel so a fair amount of gravel to add

Keeps the bathroom smelling better. It's an automated chemical dispenser for the toilet.

The attachments do not fit in my bumper (too narrow).

After my second break in I've installed an alarm system. Windows and door sensors and 3 motion sensors. 2 Sirens of which one is 140 decibels. It is LOUD. The system is not set up with a monitoring company, but does send a text to me immediately that it is alarming, via cell service. I got it more for the noise though. You can hear it a long way off and you can't stay inside without losing some hearing.

Finished the black tank rinser installation today. Well, temporarily finished anyway. I wanted to plumb it with pex and install a connection in the side of the trailer in the same area as the city water connection but the local big box store did not have the hose fittings. So I just bought a 25' garden hose and zip tied it along the frame. 15 bucks and done. I had to get it done as the maiden voyage is next week and I do not want to be without the black tank rinse. Spoiled from my old trailer I guess.

What system did you go with? Approximate cost?
