Talk to a truck outfitter, I was told by one it can be done on a Ram with the right entertainment system.

Loaded some stuff and turned on the fridge to chill down. Leaving in the morning!

I wanted to do that, but $$$$$$.
A "lockpick" let the screen go to backup mode when you told it. It also added aux (rca connector, so low resolution) inputs. It was like $300 or $350.
Then a tbd camera, wire it to the front, connectors at the hitch, fish it through truck, etc.
I just got a furrion that the mount was already there for. 3 minutes later, I was done.

Did the update the 2015 to sync 3.0? If so any camera that works on you phone (old gopro) could be used with a screen mirror app to see at any speed.

I used an idea from this thread to hold bathroom door open to allow AC and Heat to go into the space. Especially when trailer is not perfectly level it seems being off side to side makes it worse than front to back.
A good ole magnetic door stop under $10 and less than 15 minutes to install
Partial open
Latched closed
Thanks for the tip

I'm definitely getting in on the magnet latches idea. I get annoyed by my door stop and this seems like a clean fix.
For me, I finally got a replacement trailer tire that matches the other 3. I hated running without a spare.
And then I also had my 2 front truck tires replaced.
In 2 weeks time, I've been in for 2 trailer tires, 1 trailer rim, and 6 truck tires. I'm tapped the heck out!

I loaded it for a weekend of fishing, then unloaded it because of weather and winds. Dang it.

Continued with the power pedestal project, which has become power and water. Finished 89' trench Wednesday, now conduit is laid in and connected to pedestal, and a 3/4" PEX water line is in with copper rising above ground. I'm in the process of manually backfilling the trench, starting at the garage and heading to the trailer. Still need to get another exterior electrical box, a tap, and more conduit bits for the garage end.

Yup. Had been wearing badly. It is not as bad as it looks, but needs to be watched. Hopefully this will end that problem. I have had both sides fail, and the repair guy today added horizontal bracing on the shackles to prevent any flexing.
RV'ing is not a cheap pastime. Our Sept. budget took a big hit today[emoji853]

This is a great product. I installed by myself in about 15 minutes. Super sturdy, wider, feel secure when using. One of best mods yet.

We have the Torklift Glowsteps on our PDEK and they are so much better than the OEM. Our dog now goes up into the RV without issue

Installed Porch Light
Trailer came with those cheap 4 color LED light strip, factory installed them behind the awning support rail and pinch wires. It was just out of warranty as well.
The LED strip I tried to solder for 3 hours in the hot humid NC weather
I do have some awning lights and have them on an AC outlet that has a remote control for on/off
Before
I decided on easy road and reuse hole and 12V wires from LED strip
Behind this cover is wires for power awning and switches 12V
You can see daylight here the piece of wire is from weed wacker fuel filter replacement kit
I had to change the wires coming out of the back or housing to side, i drilled a hole on the side
Black wire is hot
Plenty of silicon
Some heat shrink over the wires
That black sealer stuff only comes in a big tube for caulk gun. I like it because it stay playable.
I went high so when door is open it will provide some light.
Total install time about 1.5 hours
Our next trip is in two weeks Frankfort KY which is 400 miles from home this will be my longest pull
I hope you enjoy my post
