I know right... Most people should know by now we need them both... to push innovation. iPhone would not be superior if it wasn't for Android pushing back.

You are doing it wrong if you don't have to buy a new tool for any project...:-) That is what I tell DW. That is the price for my time.

As I write, I’m having my MicroAir Easy Starts installed. I just couldn’t bring myself to try it.
I setup my pair of generators and was able to run the 15k A/C quite nicely. Unfortunately I didn’t have them installed while on A/C to have the EasyStart “learn”. Oh well- I’ll reset them once I’m back on shore power.
Otherwise, I was also able to run a portion of the rig off of my 1000W inverter and battery bank.
And other than those! We moved the trailer and got to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival Fairgrounds. Day 1 of 2 weeks of dry camping!

Other than that, I guess I should have turned off the fridge and disconnected the battery when I snipped the wire at the light for the door mod. In the process of either doing it or having a RV tech install insulated spade connectors, a 3amp fuse on the fridge's control board blew. Took a couple of hours before we noticed the fridge was off- it wouldn't work on 12v+propane or 120v.

I bought a bracket mounted socket from NAPA auto parts, connected the wires to my existing wiring with heat shrinkable butt connectors.
It was actually very simple.

Zak1, since there are some variables to where/how you are connecting your stove, look on Flea-bay or Spama-zon under propane filters. Or, if there is a propane distributor near you, ask them what they have for sale. I do not know which would be cheaper, as the manager gave me one for the Scout troop.

I replaced mine a couple times. Took 15 minutes. 2 screws and the back slides off...one more screw for the connector.

Not cutting into the wiring (salt!) is worth something to many.

Was already cut into, which isn't a problem if you do it correctly.
Please don't use scotch lock connectors on ANYTHING.
