LOL, if we did that, we would have to add another 20’ (disconnected) and another $3K lengthening the pad. Oh, for my own gravel pit and dump truck!

Washed and waxed. Took a 2700 miles drive up and down the east coast. Front looked like a bug grave yard.

Finally managed to pull PEX tubing for water from garage to basement of house.

Pulled 4-4-4-6 Cu THHN from disconnect on garage to pedestal and made up connections on both ends.

Still need to figure out how much 4-4-4-6 Cu SER I need to get to make run from disconnect to sub-feed panel in garage.

Heck it's dark scary and cold outside and we are out of gas but, we are in luck, I happen to have a sleeping bag.

I'm not going to ever fix that broken gas gauge.

Flat BED Ford.

Out in front of the attraction in Winslow there is a red, flat-bed parked. I believe it's a 1960 F-500.

Well, I'm a standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona
and such a fine sight to see,
It's a girl, my Lord, in a flatbed Ford,
slowin' down to take a look at me.

Painted on a window on the wall behind the attraction is a blond girl behind the wheel of the flatbed.

Yep, I looked up the Eagles lyrics after I typed my response. My memory just never worked well with music.

I remember seeing those pictures elsewhere, should have remembered just from that fact alone.

Sadly, we didn't even stop in Winslow. We were scared off by a "Standing on the Corner" festival and were concerned about parking. Turns out, we had 2 different friends who went through there that day- one at 9am and one in the early evening. We would have been fine.

BUT- we were tired after driving and spending time at Meteor Crater.

Yes, I believe I mentioned that above. I also mentioned it's an F-500.

$9100??? That’s outrageous. Time to shop around. I had a 20x40 installed for $2,900. Two truckloads of gravel was $550.

At some point during every day you suddenly realize nothing else productive is going to happen the rest of that day. For me, it usually occurs around 9 am.

$225 a load is on par with out neighboring town. Our gravel was $110/load (22,000) lbs. We made a long driveway and had to build up a 43’ by 48’ area as much as 2.5 feet to fit the contour. Our 5er sits on one side of a slight hill.

Probably, I am not being proper but could you PM me the company name. Maybe they ship to Eastern WA, 100 miles north of Spokane.

They are a local company so I don’t think they ship stuff.
