Today the snow has finally melted off the Salem, so I checked the batteries, checked inside for any condensation, then installed the new replacement Kidde fire extinguisher that Kidde sent me due to the recall. Its a waaay better unit. More metal parts and beefier. Checked all the lighting, windows, doors etc.
I'm going to go back down this afternoon when it warms up a bit, and see if I can't find a nice spot in the bunkhouse area (2nd bedroom) to find a good spot for my 2 meter Ham radio. I'm going to use that 2nd bedroom as my Ham Shack/Den area.

I agree the new Kidde fire extinguisher is better, i also had some larger ones that were replaced as well the all feel more like a commercial model versus residential

Wintering in Victoria TX. Had the RV Dr in the other day, Tony is awesome, installed new water pump, replaced high limit switch on wh, and looked at my toilet and told me how to fix it myself. All for $275. Way under expected.

Today I went and checked on it in storage. It was snowing so I ran the heater and generator for a bit and napped until it was warm and melted the snow. I miss camping in it and cannot wait to get back on the road.

I was looking at them on Instagram. Can you show a picture with the storage box open to see how big the space is?

Ahh, I see now. I thought it was more of a drawer than just a flip-down door.

That's good enough for me. Appreciate the link!

Itís the forum software- it canít handle a link with square brackets in it ď[3]Ē. I futzed with it for a bit and couldnít get my link to work also.

I ultimately went to the MorRyde page to find it.
