Added floor mats from Qualityfloormats.com to my E450 cab today. Perfect fit, and great customer service. The first mat I received bad a blemish. I sent them an email with a picture, and they immediately replaced it. Great customer service and mat. If you go to their web site, you can order carpet samples to view before you order. Well pleased.

I am guessing you are still in Florida, so are you gonna stop by the frog rally on 3/22/18? Congrats on working out a deal on the spartan.

Where it really shines is for overnights where you want the most level spot but don’t want to actually level the camper. We were able to find dead nuts level at a winery in the grass by using it. Otherwise, we likely would have had to bust out boards.

I do well with the 2’ as well, i put it on tongue near ball believe it or not for side to side then drive up on blue squares then check again. Un hitch then up and down after i pull away. I would imagine 5er can be more challenging for side to side

Yup. Still in Florida but no to the rally. I might try to stop over depending on what’s going on. I think that’s about the time we are sending my daughter up to PA with Great Grandma and then flying back with Grandma. So things will be a bit disheveled.

I got mine out of storage (a friend's polebarn).

I had a few inches of snow on the ground and it was snowing for 1/2 the trip home (in the dark, no less). Going on a "spring break" trip, so it's gotta get ready.........snow or not.

Over the past few weeks we have been purchasing a couple of new Sailun S637 at a time. We also purchased one additional wheel to match our existing on the 5er, having a triple axle I wanted to have two spares. After getting seven tires and one wheel in hand we took the rig up to Peterson Tires in Blanco, Texas (who actually carry the Sailuns) to install the new tires today. They mounted and balanced the tires plus put on all metal valve stems. After we found out they carried the Sailuns we ended up getting one more Sailun S637 mounted to the stamped steel spare. So, 8 new shoes for our ride!

I do have two Maxxis m8008 (235/80R16) that I kept as they have less than 500 miles on them. Figured someone on the forum my be interested in purchasing them.

First, I failed at the water leak. I went to Camping World and they said the water valve was something I'd have to get directly from Sabre. I grabbed some JB Weld to patch it and it's simply slowed the leak down. I also realized that while monkeying around with all of it, I caused 2 other leaks - one at a 90-degree elbow that has flexible line off of it (I removed the cinch clamp and replaced it with a hose clamp that has a screw for tightening it) and the other at the rear of the water heater where there is a 90-degree elbow to hard pex lines.

I'm sufficiently annoyed and told the dealer about it. I'll let it be their problem- even if I take a bit of hit on the trade.

Otherwise, we've continued disassembling the camper. I swear we have 700 Command Strip hangers around that have been taken down. I'll be removing the awning pole brackets shortly. Removed my sewer hose box from the rear bumper. And we've taken down various coat racks that we hung around the rig.

Just about everything is boxed up for tomorrow's move.
