Thanks for the reminder. I have been meaning to measure mine. Hoping it is the standard size.

Took time to figure out exactly where to park the new 5th wheel. The drive way is to the side of the house and it is fenced so need it in best spot to allow steps down and access to storage (slam latch door on driver side where the control panel is for leveling jacks is) yea I forgot first time in could not open it. So will mark spots tomorrow, I can see front jacks on truck back-up camera. Also showed it off to friends who wanted to see it.

Look at the Viair compressors. I have a 450P but it’s overkill (and expensive) for most situations, but it was what I needed at the time (I had 125psi tires).

They’re great 12v compressors:

I agree with the recommendation for a Viair 12VDC compressor. I have the 400P (non-RV) model . The 450P is 100% duty cycle but I don’t need that so I opted for the 400P. I’m not a fan of the plastic coiled air hose so I bought a good quality 50’ long “hybrid” air hose with 2 female quick-connect fittings.

Thanks for the suggestions

Jayhawker;Try this, available at Amazon for $ 7.00. Made for automotive weather stripping.

Thanks for the suggestion on the weather strip adhesive. Kinda the thought I had because auto trim get abused a lot and doesn't come off.

Ependydad;Look at the Viair compressors. I have a 450P but it’s overkill (and expensive) for most situations, but it was what I needed at the time (I had 125psi tires).

I looked at those online last night and on the forum. Lots of recommendations for the Viair. Just agree with the overkill on the price. And not sure I need the 12V since my truck has an inverter to run 110V. I do have a small Craftsman compressor for nail guns, etc. It's small but weighs a ton. Menards has a Bostich pancake comprssor on sale that goes up to 150psi for $99. I also found this on Amazon thanks to some input from the Forum, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006CVXGR0...v_ov_lig_dp_it for $101. I like the profile and footprint. Takes up less room than the pancake style.

Again and always thank you for the great advise!

Pulled camper out and lined it up marked some spots to help line up .... worked on storage ... got the extension I needed and plugged her in ... Connect to mifi and set up firestick netflix/dishanywhere app and HBO app hope it works that well when we are camping ... I have to say the comfort level is terrific and the tv antenna is excellent ... it is different for the one you see on the how to videos I do not know when they upgraded to it .... met with concrete guy yesterday for quote on repairs and upgrade to drive way ... Later Frank

Got this one in a queen size from Ikea.

It's not top of the line but it's comfy enough and didn't break the bank.

Thanks. We have a topper and that's OK for weekend trips but gonna need something better for longer time in the bunk.

Lots of small things as we get ready for our next trip this weekend.

Hated the dinette table - we felt it was too big and always in the way. Got a smaller foldable that fits behind the jacknife sofa when not in use. To make up for that loss of surface area, put a pocket hanger on the back of the bathroom door.

Also put a canvas hanging drawer dealio in the right hand closet in the bathroom. Made the space more usable without doing any permanent mod.

Put in a couple of battery powered puck lights in the cabinets above and below the sink.

Super.
We've got a few bigger trips this year and then a lot more next year as well be retired!

Took out the bottom bunk (top was removed years ago) from my Clipper 17bh to create a nice dog crate area and better door access for cumbersome items like generator and bike...
