Also found that my pin weight is ridiculously low at 14.8%.

Other than that, my daughter is back up in PA with family. My almost 7 year old son stepped up and took on some of her jobs with helping with hitching and unhitching. His jobs were primarily retrieving LynxLevelers, blocks of wood, and wheel chocks. Safety was continually reinforced each step of the way. Honestly, I'm sure it took longer to have him help but he did really good.

I don't have a picture, but you should have seen the care and attention he gave when placing blocks under his side of the front landing gear. He eyed it up and kept trying to make sure they were perfectly aligned.
Hey where did you get it weighed I want to get mine done thanks

Finally got the MaxXair cover on back vent to match the bath vent and cover. Also tackled the Eternabond tape on the front and back roof seams. Wasn't too bad of a job, just had to go slow and just peel about a foot of backing off at a time. Just glad to get it done and won't have to worry about those seams as much! Is that a hole in the rubber roof in #171809?

Those are spots of black mold of some type? Scrubbed them till I got worried that I would hurt the roof. That was going to be question for the forum, what can I use to get rid of this stuff? There are several small lighter spots in other places on roof, but the two you see in the pic are the worst.

This was a at a Love’s truck stop. Most truck stops have a CAT scale. I’ve weighed at a variety of them.

Changed the Thin plastic Dometic toilet seat to a nice sturdy Kohler slow close toilet seat.

The chicken Scrap steel they weld in for support is ridiculous. Not impressed with the hangers that are not the correct width for the springs either. Did you tie into the frame rail or just the hangers? Would like to see pics of what you did especially on the gas line side.
Took a few pictures for you.

For the rear one where the gas lines run right near it, I unscrewed all the attach points and moved it away from where I was welding.

New Boots...

Well, with a trip planned I decided it best to get New tires on the 5th Wheel.

I went with the Maxxis M8008 10 ply E rated ST285/80R/16.

Very impressed with the quality!

I'll soon know how they preform when I head out on our 6 week trip.

I will be installing my TPMS and using my infrared thermometer to check for any tire and brake overheating... (I've had a caliper on my truck freeze up before).. it is very handy item to have on a walk around check.

Our new Puma outside propane connector was just out of reach, especially with a ball cap on. I don’t wear mine with bill in the back.

Before zoom in, notice it is 2 feet from label

Rewired our MicroMonitor after our dealer "fixed it" because the factory had the black and grey tanks wired backwards.

Becky got new shower curtains for the stand up shower, and we got those hung.

Got our new Zinus mattress put in yesterday evening as well and the original mattress removed.

Installed lci ground control tt aftermarket kit on my trailer. It took me about about 9 hours total. Looking forward to putting it through the paces next weekend.

Now I need to de-winterize and load it up with food for the kids spring break trip.

In anticipation of getting the Sunseeker out of storage next Saturday, I put the coach batteries on the charger to make sure they were topped off.
Already planning the first trip for mid-May.

Stop in Elkhart at MoRyde

Made a stop in Elkhart on Thursday at the MoRyde service center. What an amazing place and people. We had the SRE 4000 suspension and the Step Above steps installed. Had us in and out in 6 hours. DW loves the steps. It was time to replace the suspension since the original was worn out. I wanted to get more pictures of the process but they moved quickly and had the suspension on before I could get any taken. Would highly recommend MoRyde and their products.

Today I dewinterized the plumbing and it is now filled with sanitizer and soaking. I also fired up the fridge and freezer and stocked it up for departure on Friday.

Another productive weekend
-Added velcro to the backs of the remotes
-Dewinterized the water system, everything worked well until I found water coming from below the shower pan on the floor. After investigation I think it was the seam between the pan and the walls. The caulk was just pulling away. What do they use in the factory? It is only a year old
-Replaced the panel by the front door that was cracked after the first time we took it out. I tried all last year to get the dealer to do it but they said they kept on getting the wrong panel in. So i made it look better!
-I added Air Lift air bag helpers to the truck to help with load leveling. Next weeks job is to adjust the hitch.

We are all ready to go for the first trip in a couple weeks!!

Finally got to give her a good wash and un winterize everything. Jacked it up and checked all bearings and tire pressures. Greased wet bolts and lubed stabilizers and slides. Washed all the sheets and cleaned the fridges. Now just have to pack her up for the Easter trip to Wildwood NJ.
