Perhaps you put the +12VDC lead on the wrong end of the switch?

I just checked the 12v supply to the awning switch. There is only 6 vdc at the switch where all the others have 12vdc. This must be why the illuminated switch will not light when I connected I can get the lights to work but the illuminated part will not come on there’s not enough power is my guess. I’m not sure why there’s not 12 V going to the awning LED lights.

Don't think I can help you much more at this point. You're going to have to figure out why you only have 6 volts at the switch.
You could try another 12VDC source and run it through your switch to see if it will illuminate. You could actually do this right at the battery. +12VDC from the battery to the connector at one end of the switch and the connector at the other end of the switch to the battery negative. That SHOULD light the switch, even if you don't have any load connected to the middle contact. That would at least tell you your switch is OK.

Headed to the camp in about an hour to get it opened up, un-winterized and get the grass cut. Time to start using it. Wife is going to clean up the inside again after the long winter, stock the shelves and fill the linen closet...

Mouse-proofed my new 5er as well as I can (I hope). It was a great way to get to know all the nooks and crannies of the new trailer. I have to say, I’m impressed that the Rockwood factory did a good job of filling most openings in the floor with foam. Much better than they did in my previous 2011 Rockwood TT. I’m using essential oil of peppermint on cotton balls in ceramic mugs placed strategically throughout the 5er, and supplementing that with 4 pouches of Fresh Cab.
I also removed the OE WaterPur RCS water filter housing that was in a ridiculously bad location well behind the rear wall of the pass through. Thankfully my skinny DS was home from university to help with that task. I’ll continue to used the solid white filter housing (that I bought from RV Water Filter store) outside. I use it inline to filter “city water” and all water going into the FW tank. I still have to install my new 50A PI hard wired EMS and sanitize the water system before we head out for our first trip next weekend.
Started my warranty item list. The outside kitchen 2-burner stovetop doesn’t seem to be getting any propane and the drivers side pass through door seal is leaking.

Got it a new tow vehicle. F250 XLT 4x4 (FX4) 6.2L (gas) 4.30EL rear end 6'9" bed. Also PowerScope mirrors, Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System and BLIS. It looks sort of blue in the pic but it's Magnetic (metallic gray).

Picture? And where you purchased it. While I don't have need for one presently, I'm sure others would like to see it. I would so I could possibly refer others.
Thanks.

Make sure the outside stove is connected.
My brothers Flagstaff (sister to Rockwood) had a quick connection for the outside stove. It actually had two quick connections. One for the outside stove and another for the low pressure grill. The outside stove was not connected from the factory.

Put up an omnidirectional antenna for my cell booster. Will be easier to use than the directional 1 if we're in an area that will be sufficient. If not I'll use the directional 1. Worked great on testing.

Info needed
Will plug it in when I get home. Need to mate it with the new TV. Hard to take being a FORD guy, but the Wife is a CHEVY girl and it was time to trade her 1500 Silverado for a new one. I suggested the 2500HD diesel. Got to say I was impressed with the test drive. LTZ, Z-71. Plenty of room to move up to a toyhauler for the '15 Ultra Limited and '13 Dyna.
Now for the info question. Somewhere on here someone posted that they stored their hitch in a reciever that they attached to the trailer tongue. Wondered if it was store bought or fabricated.
Have a great day. Future trips are Ortona Locks Army COE, Blue Crab festival in Crisfield, and St Augustine for Biketoberfest and Anniversary. Thanks all.
Still can't get pics to load right!@
