Seems solid. I got the junk at Lowe’s. I should have used 1/2” but the long nuts were 3x as much and I thought the fit would be better with 3/8”.

Just a follow up on this. I used them last weekend and there was 0 bounce going in or out. [emoji106][emoji106]

Saturday, for the first I had a problem with our Gerard II tankless heater. The water was hot for a few seconds and then cold, didn't make since at all, we had this hot water heater for years, so I figured I better look into it some more and see what I could figure out. Long story shorter, a mouse got into the camper and chewed the wires to the adjustable dial and shorted them together, replaced them and live is all good. Being back to a happy camper is a good thing.

Well I've talked about it for 5 years, today was the day for the second a/c unit. Also added a second quick connect for our Blackstone griddle. Pretty much ready to take 2 weeks and head out west for our big trip of the year, Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, can't wait!

For the life of me I still can't get more than 1 pic to load...

Castle "Pop" worries no Moore!

Replaced 4 china bomb tires with less than 2000 miles on them with GY Endurance tires...now at 70 mph on I10 between Houston & El Paso I wont feel like I'm cheating death!

More than likely it's the opening in the bedroom ceiling after the vent is removed. You can see the pre-wiring for a second A/C unit.

Is the holder rated for a 30A fuse? If not, it can melt before blowing the fuse.

Put clean sheets on the master bed, a major PITA.
Took off the top and side trim on the front bench. Stripped the vinyl and pulled all the staples. Now to round the edges and recover it. Going to the fabric store tomorrow. Might add some more padding. This had the sharp edges beside the bed.
Pressure washed the exterior. Mud, bugs, and bird crap are gone! Didn't make dent in the tree sap ;(

Restocked Refrigerator, pantry, and filled water tank for trip starting tomorrow morning. Clothes still in the Washer so they'll go in later.

I feel like a kid on the day before Christmas. Can't wait to hit the road-------- again.

Yes, the fuse holder is rated for 30 amps. Thank you for the concern though. It did not come with a fuse and I did not have any 30s. 25 was the highest I had so I put it in to try it out.

Over the last couple of months SIL has installed Maxaire cover over bathroom vent, swapped out the 5 china bombs for GYE. Tonight SIL and grandson are running wiring thru attic from CB box and terminating at corner of house to add 30 amp breaker to panel so I can run ac in camper.

Blue sea makes a quality product so that should last. I use their electrical products on my boat.

It's a more expensive fix, but you might also consider a whole tongue jack cover:
