This is what I have. Fan-tastic Ultrabreeze Vent Cover - Smoke - Fan-Tastic Vent UB1500SM - Vents - Camping World
We were parked under a pine tree and had a big limb fall during the night. The limb undoubtedly hit the vent cover by the sound that was made. Didn't even leave a scratch! That limb would most definitely gone thru the vent. The smoke color darkens the light that comes thru too. Easy install and will be easy to take off to clean. We still use the vent pillows in the summer to block out the sun/heat. 3 vent covers including 1 over the bathroom fan. Works great!

Srarted installing the 3 MaxxAir II vent covers that have been sitting here for 2 weeks. I only got one installed, the front vent over the bed. It was unbearably hot on the roof so I will save the remaining 2 for a cooler day.

We're getting all of our personal touches in our new 252RLS Catalina. Didn't know how much crap we had in our old pop up. We traded in a monsterous Clipper 1465HST.

I was wondering where you went...
No more hillbilly wagon train? That's my favorite picture!
Have you posted pics of your new rig? What do you do with the golf cart now?

Howdy BigBaron. I guess the wagon train has been derailed. My son pulls the cart, and has done so for a while. The wagon train just made a few appearances. Sure did raise a stink, didn't it? Here's the only pic I have so far.

That's a good question. I have uploaded the same size picture for years,( as long as it's within the sites size) but it might take me 2 or 3 x's to do. It is the site not you. Certain people tell me to resize my pictures, but if the size is wrong why after 3x's it will except it? I use windows 7 never ever changed my picture size. It's more then likely the site and not you..... .... :..Lets hear what the site say's, then we will know. So what about it site team?

That's a nice rig! The perspective makes your truck look like a mid-sized truck! LOL

I dragged my trailer back to the dealership for repairs today... what does that make? 4 times? But, never fear... we all know all of the trailer's issues will be fixed one of these days and we'll just love it. I certainly hope they get the wardrobe slide leak fixed this time!

Almost sank the tow vehicle. I took the entire rig back to my storage area, it hasn't rained much the last few weeks so I figured the ground would be nice and firm. Came about 2 foot off the concrete pad going forward so I would have plenty of room to back and turn thinking nothing of it and sank quick. I needed to back up but it wasn't happening. Had to kick in the four wheel drive as the rear tires had weight lifted off and were spinning. Four wheel didn't help as the tires got caked in mud and had to climb up about 12-15 inches worth of concrete while pushing the trucks 8k+ on top of the 8-9k of trailer. Only choice was to pull up and make a running start, took 4 or 5 attempts but I finally got it. Never got out to see how deep I was until I was completely of the concrete pad, when I looked the ruts were deep. I had dirt/mud over the control arms and only a few inches from the front hubs. If I went much deeper my running boards probably would have bottomed out. Made for a few angry minutes but in the end nothing broke and I got it where it needed to be.

Swapped out my 12V batteries for four 6V batteries. When I added the extra 12V batteries a few months ago I purposely wired things so that I could literally drop in 6V batteries, and believe it or not it worked.
I stumbled across a deal that couldn't be refused on my 6V batteries. Now I've got four less than year old Interstate group 27 deep cycles to unload. Any takers in Georgia? $50 each, they're in great shape, I'll confirm that with a hydrometer tomorrow.
