Now I need to find a taller basic ball mount. I have one here somewhere
I need to adjust the WDH up about 4".
With the basic ball mount I kept in my truck front was 20.5", rear 28" measured at the outside floor corner. Was 19" front, 21" back, no WDH.
Pics are:

After no WDH.
After close up.
How did he raise it up and won't that make it a bit unstable, moving the center of gravity?

Roof looks fantastic! Were you having problems? Also, looks like you had taped the seams with eternabond. You went right on top of that?

Added keyless lock to the front door. I like it so much I think I’m going to get the pass through locks if they go on sale

There is a kit you can get that comes with new U bolts, fasteners, mounting plates. Move the axle to below the springs. Easiest way is to drop one side of the springs to slide the axle out.
Less stable, possibly, slightly. I won't be anymore nervous than usual on curves under speed when towing. It's a 4" difference. More stable than a Jeep or a raised "I wish I was a monster truck" truck. As I mentioned, previously my rear rack was a waste of weight, couldn't use it. I was seriously worried about ripping my sewer pipe off. If you look at TT with the Off-road Package, those are also raised up for clearance.

VERY nice feature.
Not cost effective for me though with a cheaper TT.

Replaced the handle on one of the awning arms (manual awning) that broke. Drilled out a couple rivets, pop riveted the new one in place and $20 later it was installed. Lubed everything and it works great again.

Had our neighbor who owns a tinting buisness tint our windows in our Salem trailer. Should be a lot cooler this summer.Click image for larger version

Basement pullout

After checking some of OldCoot's posts on pullouts I purchased materials and fabricated a pull out for our Coachmen 5th wheel.

Two small things. DW sourced a shower curtain with sewn in pockets. Kinda neat actually. Arrived yesterday and we put it in after work today.

I ordered up yet another 24 pack of 1/2x20 60 degree solid chrome plated lug nuts a bit back which finally came in. Got those swapped out today as well. That covers the 4 wheels and the spare.

Byproduct of a lesson learned (I think from a thread here) about '2 piece' stock ones (for lack of a better term) being problematic in the long run.

As in they may eventually break down to where the outer piece can separate. Potentially leaving one without a wrench that will correctly fit what's left.

Also, possibly, the lug nuts holding the spare may be the same thread pitch, but may not be the same wrench size - 3/4 at the wheels, 13/16 or other on the spare.

Inexpensive and easy fix to take care of before one finds themselves behind the curve on the side of the road.

Surveyor Connect, a.k.a. LCI OneControl

Discovered today that our new Surveyor does indeed have the 'Surveyor Connect' package, also known as LCI OneControl.

Downloaded the app, set up an account, scanned the QR code located on the control panel inside the TT and...done.

From my phone I can control lights, the awning and the slide. At least if I'm BlueTooth range. From what I'm finding on line, other features may be available depending on the capability of the equipment in a given TT.

Kind of neat in it's own way.

Added my victron battery monitor
Dewinterized and sanitized
Installed a oil lift bracket on the basement door
Clean kitchen and bath
Cleaned the A/C dust bunnies

For those of you with a victron did you wire the positive to the shutoff or the positive battery post? The only things that bypass my shutoff is the zamp solar connector (not used) and breakaway switch. Curious what kind of battery drain the victron 512 may have.

Yesterday DH fixed the irv34 that didn't work last season. Afterwards we sat in the trailer and enjoyed some music while we drank a glass of wine! (He's not sure what he did that made it work again, but glad to have it back!)

Managed to get started on my Eternabond project today. I probably didn't need to run 2 passes for the font cap area, but why not can't hurt. I also treated my slide out rubber seals and sprayed my electric rack and pinion gears with dry lube. Then operated it, running in and out. Considering doing yard camping out, tonight with grandson staying over. They grow up to darn fast!
