Coffee pot, yes.
Alarm clock, who needs it when you're campin'?

Finally got enough gumption to wash the dirt/bugs off the 5er from the trip back from Goshen after pulling the last day in rain. Bugs came off pretty easy after baking on for a month. Sure glad I had someone wax it with Scotchgard Marine wax before we left. Good stuff. Water beads off real good and black streaks come off with no effort.

There is also something called big and tat remover I used that on my fathers limousines it works really well and doesn't harm the paint, gets the bugs off the nose if my TT and then I just wash it off. You can buy it at Pep Boys I think Walmart also sells it

I pulled my trailer home from the dealer's shop again. Here's hoping I'm done with that for a while. They had it washed and lookin' good when I got there - the complimentary wash was a nice touch!

Picked it up, heading out for the weekend. :-)
Two things I need to do before October's trip to Big Bend - remove the old RCA jacks port for the TV as all of my gear is HDMI, and bypass the water filter in the basement.

I'm envious of you guys who can wash your trailers. With the drought here in Texas, we can only wash our vehicles at a car wash...and no one has a car wash big enough for my 5th wheel!

Went out after work with a can of rustolium and wirebrush looking for rust. Found a little bit since the camper set on the lot for a year. All has been brushed and painted.

Emailed back and forth with Gary Grigsby at sabre after talking to my dealership. Parts manager at dealership is out on vacation for a week, service manager is out for surgery. I'm told it will be over a week before they can order the replacement propane hose for the fridge. Gary has the part on its way already!!!!!! Hopefully it arrives in time and DH can get it switched out before we leave next Friday.

Going to where she is stored, pull her out of her slot, open up the slides and fire off the furnace. 59* here this morning, a good time to ck out the heating. Getting ready for about a two week trip to Graceland and beyond. Cleaning up the inside, going to lube slide gears, steps and pin box. Ck wheel torque & tire pressures and in general double check everything I / we can think of. Going to try and get one last trip out of the original tires before replacing them. We have about 4k on these tires, we may be pushing our luck.

That is understating it. Word to the wise, replace them now as if one blows, you will not only have the cost of the new tires, but the hassle and expense of repairing the camper and the very remote chance of personal damage.

I got 6000 miles out of mine, with a trip from Virginia to Oregon via California and back and to the keys a couple of times, you just never know. All you can do is what your doing, have a great and safe trip...

Got 5,000 out of mine, $1800 damage and new GY Marathon LR D added. Total cost=$2600 vs $800 for just tires/balancing.
