RVLock.com had a sale so I took advantage and ordered new pass through locks from them. They are keyed the same as the door lock I had gotten from them, so now one less key to have to tote around. Took me all of 30 mins to replace and they are much smoother operating than the old 751's....

Lets see. Picked up my 260RTR toy hauler in April . Put another over head cabinet in the rear . Made a folding shelf for under one window . Pulled the gas only water heater and installed a gas and electric unit. Added a TV mount under the rear storage area so you can actually set on one couch the right way and watch TV. Sealed the air conditioner and the duct work so air comes out where it should. Sealed up the holes in the underbelly to keep rodents out. I actually finished that this morning. I also bought some white wire run and rewired the speakers in and out for real stereo.

Washed the roof and replaced the vent cover. Resealed one screw under the hinge side of the vent cover that was missed from the factory. Emptied out the storage compartment put the wood blocks in the 2-GC battery box that is empty since the conversion to lithium.

I finished installing magnets to secure the rear panel in my pass through. There are a couple things back there that I need to access regularly (water heater bypass valves and 3-way valve to select fresh water tank or antifreeze port) so I wanted to be able to access them without having to remove the screws the factory used.

I bought 2 sets of these 8 pack cabinet magnets. After I ordered the first set of 8 I realized I would need 12 magnet pairs so I could have ordered a 12 pack (from a different vendor) instead of two 8 packs. So I have extra sets in case I find a use for them.

That is true, we do lose power from time to time, I need the battery for the the auto exhaust fans, motion sensor lights and the electronic board on the refrigerator and a few other items.

I replaced a missing screw in the door latch, removed the JR refrigeration interior fin fan (per the wife's request she said it was a solution to a problem we didn't have), repaired the broken wire on the underbody led strip. Weighed the LP tanks.
Heading to the Thunder Valley Nationals next week.

Added the microair easy start to the front ac unit. Also added 4v shades to the outs of the windows. Had them on our last camper and they worked great. Click image for larger version

Replaced the leaking toilet valve and, while I had the toilet out, added a sprayer to the toilet. The leak was a result wear and tear, not freezing. The valve manufacturer claims it won't leak. We shall see.

The toilet now drains the residual in the line into the bowl after flushing. I think it was always supposed to do that, but didn't. Assuming that it comes from the downstream side of the anti-reflux line and considering that I didn't do anything with that part, I don't know why it works differently, but I'll take it.

The sprayer came with a 1/4 turn stop but it's threaded for a standard 7/8" toilet supply connection and didn't fit the RV connections. I substituted a SharkBite 1/2" PEX x 1/2" MNPT straight 1/4 turn stop. I was able to insert a T in the existing supply, with a stub of PEX for the valve. I'll shut it off when we prep the bathroom for traveling.

I somehow lost the hanger that came with the sprayer. I can buy another on Amazon but may not, depending on how it works out to hang it on the basket.

I also took the rubber O-ring out from the flush valve and cleaned it and its seat to correct a slow drain. I did that about a month ago and it worked for awhile. I guess it just traps stuff with use. The O-ring is in good condition. Click image for larger version

Drawer Tracks

We have two drawers that are always sliding open while we travel. One is the bottom drawer ion a stack of 3 in our bedroom. The other is below our oven in the kitchen.

I purchased two sets of Soft Close tracks from Lowes, one 16" for the bedroom and 1 18" for the kitchen. I also needed two sets of brackets for the back end of the tracks to attach to the camper.

The bedroom was pretty straight forward remove the old, install the new. It works well, no issues installing.

In the kitchen the cabinet was so deep they installed an "L" wooden bracket for the rear end brackets to connect to. It had two problems.

First the vertical piece was attached to the base with only a few staples and no glue. Naturally it flexed back and forth. It was also attached to the floor with only two screws and was not square to the front of the cabinet. the left side was nearly 20" from the cabinet face while the right side was 19".

I pulled it out, used 4 sheet rock screws to stop the back from flexing and reinstalled it square to the face of the cabinet at 19".

I also learned when I pulled out that drawer where mice were being able to enter the camper by coming in around the drain pipe for the kitchen sink. They had chewed up the grey foam and had enough space to crawl past the pipe. I plugged up their access with steel wool that they cannot chew through.

All in all, as usual, it turned out to be more work than I anticipated but the drawers both slide well, the soft close mechanism works well and should keep them from sliding open while traveling. Closing up the mouse access was a Lagniappe (Cajun French for "A Little Something Extra") I did not expect but was happy to find and plug. That drain pipe is not visible without completely opening up the coreplast beneath the camper so I would have never found it had I not removed the drawer to repair those slides and found it looking down from above the floor.

Added the Heng's Vortex I fan to the bathroom vent: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002N1J5IM...roduct_details

For $55 plus tax and shipping it came out to about $70. This is not the variable speed/reversible version. BUT, to make it variable speed/reversible flow, I added this $9 DC motor controller: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RYRXFW2...roduct_details

Works great! Right now the controller is just dangling from the ceiling, but I'm going to 3D print a case for it and mount it to my wall above my light switch. Since the controller has an on/off switch, there's no need for me to press the switch on the fan itself.

One thing that I like about the reverse functionality is that when I have the toilet open to spray it out or adding chemicals to the black tank, I can have the fan putting positive pressure inside trailer to force air down into the black tank and out its vent. No more black tank gasses coming up into the trailer.

I also added a MaxxAir vent cover ($30) so I can leave my vent open during rain, and general protection for the vent lid: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UUMM6K...t_details&th=1

This is a fantastic idea, I had never thought of doing this!

Great fan, I added the same fan but removed the fan switch and replaced it with the variable speed one.

I added another battery today. I should be good to go for a while now. Yesterday I added a 12v lighter marine socket just over the USB ports at the back of the trailer so I can plug in my mini inverter to run the flat screen when dry camping.

I've noticed that with the speed control in the OFF position it still passes a small amount of power. Have you checked yours with a meter? I'm guessing it's because it's a cheaply made pot.

Not today but yesterday. Installed new LP monitor. The one I pulled was tagged 2004 lol. Finalizing the install of the solar controller/breakers. Got some MDF for the big bed platform so the new mattress isn't sitting directly on the particle board. Couple of cuts and it's on. Installed new light over dinette. Got the light in bathroom fixed. Have all but 1 of the stabilizer jacks installed. Weather was finally reasonable.

What concern does that resolve?
