Man, I hate powerwashing. It's like coloring a piece of paper with a pencil. Glad he's doing a good job!

He started @ 9:00am and worked until 4:30, he just has about 900 sq. ft. left out of 4,000 sq. ft. He uses a rotating wand and the hand wand on the cracks/seams

He screamed and cussed when I told him I had the perfect fix, as I walked behind his trailer.

I tell ya that chainsaw of his has never started on the first pull before. LOL

Naw, had it completely detailed inside and out and waxed a couple of weeks ago and seeing as how it rarely gets used, didn't want all the crap from the trees and birds on it. Can't get it in the garage due to somebody's junk has filled it's stall and TOWTA's old junker gets the other stall except when we trade with Mardy and put her old junker in his garage and drive his 02 Caddy which we are using now for a couple of weeks.

Did you consider sealing it now that it's clean to retain the beauty longer?

Had the Window Genie man out and got an estimate for 2 coats of Chem Tec One, which is recommended. 1st coat= $1800, 2nd coat $1400. Total of $3200. I can have it pressure washed every 5 yrs for the next 40 yrs for less money. I ain't gonna be here in 40 yrs and if I am I won't know if it's clean or dirty. I'll just let Mardy & Joe worry about it.

That works for me. Thank goodness my drive is only 12x25. Only takes me about 3 hrs each year.

Understood. I had no idea it's that expensive.

We seriously wanted to put a sealer on it due to all the trees, etc. until we got the estimate.

I de-winterized 2 weeks ago to go camping when we had a nice weekend. Now it's supposed to go below freezing this weekend, so I'll be re-winterizing instead...

Maybe I'll just stay in Myrtle Beach a little longer then won't have to rewinterize!
