Replaced the bad inverter on Friday, installed a Fantastic outside cover on Saturday, washed the outside, cleaned and vacuumed inside, got stuff out we do not need or use yesterday, not a bad weekend.

I just got done with all my first-time testing. The kids and I have spend 4 nights in the camper at the house since we brought it home.

Now I can say I have officially tested and became familiar with every system.

Flushed antifreeze and sanitized water tank and water circuit. Filled hot water heater and verified it worked on propane and electric. Tested fridge the same.

Last time we camped we tested the furnace so with the heat right now we were able to give the a/c a test also.

Filled freshwater tank partially so when we are ready to go on Friday I can add my chemicals to the grey and black tanks.

My daughter washed the roof and we cleaned all the windows etc.

We re-torqued the wheels and checked the tire pressure (I will check pressures again before leaving Friday in the TT and the TV)

Oh - I also fixed the shoddy job on inline fuse they installed. I put a grommet in the I-beam and re-spliced and soldered the connection and applied heat-shrink and cable wrap.

Oh well, another one on order, will put it in this week.
I'm sorry for how hard I chuckled at this. If it helps, a few of us crazy folks want to have flushes on the gray tanks, also. You were just future-planning!

Yea, wasn't funny for about 2 minutes... Then all I could do was laugh... It will be good, just wasted a little time and money. If that's an issue then I certainly should have never bought an RV!

I think you mean Converter, not inverter. Converter changes 110v to 12v. Inverter changes 12v to 110v.

Modifying our 4 rocking lawn chairs so I can take the rockers off to make them easier to store in less space. Making them so the rocker can be easily attached with pins. Less hassle all the way around. Pins should be here Fri. Will post pictures then.

Waiting on overcast sky or the sun to get behind the trees so I can wash, dry, park it in front of the 5er and cover the truck again.

Don't forget, TOWTA is the Chief supervisor. Nothing is done without her approval.
