OC, don't you just love running across these "barn finds"? TOWTA's Caddy and now the Coachman, way to go!

Got the replacement locks in, I'm going to try and install them after church today. It will be nice to have one key for everything.

Finally got the flag pole installed the way I wanted.
Harbor Freight collapsable pole. The sleeve isnt permanently attached. I just slip it into the clamps and the large plastic tie keeps it from falling thru.

Mardy found the Coachmen in Anchorage for only $5,500. Don't know if it's a good deal or not, but at least he's got a place to stay in the summers. When he lived there it was $2400/ month in a townhouse.

Nice no more hassle but we switched to the RVLocks with the combination and Key Fob be I hate keys. Installed main door already just waiting for the 6 outside storage door locks to come from RVLocks then I will get those installed and combinations setup [emoji847]

Checked electrolyte levels in both batteries, added a tiny amount of distilled water.
I check electrolyte about once a quarter. Despite all the grousing I read, my WFCO WF-8955PEC, which can be observed flipping between charging at 13.2 and 13.7 V every few days, seems to keep the two 12V marine batteries quite happy.

I thought about the RVLocks but I got my replacement back door and all 7 storage locks for less than $100 shipped. I knew I'd end up with a key on my keychain anyhow because I'd be paranoid about batteries failing. We thought about it but it just wasn't going to work for me.

My RV Locks came with keys in case Battery Fails, but your option is far less expensive then what we did but I have three outside Storage doors all with Slam Latches so made sense for us but not at close to $1,000.00 it is an expensive option

Actually yesterday....I pulled the carpet out and we really like the outcome! Pretty simple job...Staples are tiny and most of them pulled out with the carpet, only had to pull a few dozen with pliers. The only "pain" was of my own doing and that was instead of cutting the carpet around the "Power Junction/cable" cabinet, I pulled it up and out of the way. Had to remove the CB Panel and the oppposite side panel to get to the screws but I think it was worth the effort for the "clean" look without trim boards. Found a good match at Lowes for the 1/4 round arount the walls so that was cool.
This just makes for easier cleaning when we are out running around the trails with the furkids and we are just not "carpet people" Left the carpet on the slide just because it covers the transition.
As you can see this was a government job as every worker had at least 2 supevisors!

I'd have ended up with the same number of keys on my keychain then.

I got my new safe t alert co/propane detector via fedex Friday and put it in. Took 10 minutes tops. No more chirping.
Today's project since the trailer is here at home now is to set up the winegard pathwayx2 and see if the 211z will work on the bedroom and outside tv coax connections. If so I may buy an additional 211z for the bedroom and to move outside occasionally.
My old dish setup, 1000.2 dish and old 211 receiver, I plugged it in with coax and could watch dish in all 3 places although all on the same channel. The 211z hdmi hookup with no coax outlet changes that.

R-Pod's squared away, a little more loading and final checks tomorrow morning, then drop onto the ball and lock, final walkaround, and drive north.

Long day today in 90 degree heat.
1) Re-torqued axle bolts and tire lugs
2) Greased wheel bearings, front jacks, Mid jacks, and rear stabilizers
3) Washed and Waxed camper
4) Re-installed the "Blue Boy" rack on rear of trailer (removed when we were thinking of selling it).
5) Washed and waxed truck
6) Re-mounted ladder flag pole brackets
7) Reconfigured flag pole to add 9db Wi-Fi antenna and 2 meter HAM radio antenna to the top.
Then found out today was "doggie bath day" and washed 3 dogs (2 are loaners from my sister who returns from Italy tomorrow - Yea!).
It's Miller Time!

Found that there are *&%$ ants (small variety) in foam insulation near refrigerator. Taking some measures regarding that, but still rolling tomorrow.

Tow vehicle work
Worked on the tow vehicle, all last week I worked taking out the spark plugs on my 06 F150 5.4 3V... 7 of 8 broke. Ordered the Lisle tool and pulled the seven broken plugs out, installed new plugs and all new coil packs. So life was good this past week end. Today I take the truck to the body shop it see about them fixing a small dent and when I was leaving the truck would not turn over. The mechanic grabbed his fancy machine and we found the starter was dead, so another $200 and a few hours later we are all good again!

Somehow, the cable that plugs into my tow vehicle got damaged while towing back from CT yesterday. Today, I replaced it.
