Removed the external antennas for the cellular and WiFi boosters.
Found that they weren’t just stuck with dabs of dicor and the installer actually used wire holders. I scraped it away, unscrewed them, and then re-Dicored where each dot was.
Looking up the refrigerator vent.

Borrowed a buddy’s ladder. I think I should have extended it higher onto the roof.

I just bought that exact jack as well. Better than the one that came with our trailer. I did a bonehead move and bent our original Lippert. This is way better than the Lippert.

X2. I’ve installed that jack on my last 2 trailers. Works great. I also bought a cover for it for when the trailer is in storage.

I bent it a couple of weeks ago. I bent it back, but now I’m concerned about it. I’m letting the dealer know so they can fix it proper if they want, but until then- I’m trading it and not looking back!

Packed for quite a while today- we’ve got the kid’s bunkhouse fully packed and moved onto the cabinets in the living room. We’ve taken all of the pictures down and packed them away. My wife started our bedroom tonight- she got the “jewelry cabinet” (aka command hooks on the wall) done and a couple of boxes out of here.
Have to be done by Thursday evening to making moving into our new rig easier on Friday.

We just picked up our new 2018 Rockwood 2906ws on Wednesday and wife went out on Saturday and somehow spent over $300 on stuff and all I'm noticing is a sign in the kitchen, 2 rugs and a laundry hamper. She said there's new sheets and pillows in there also.

The plan is to leave some basement & outdoor stuff on this campsite and then just park the two rigs side by side. We are boxing everything so we aren’t carrying 700,000 little items!
I’ll definitely post pics and maybe even do a video walk thru.

We got our entire set up from Roadmaster, the towing bar and invisibrake. The technician (I can't remember his name) gave us a couple of hours of PDI and driving. There was a lot of traffic so that extended the driving part of the PDI more than usual but they were just great.

It happened when 2 buddies and I went up to the roof to look at my air conditioner. One of us bent it on the way down. (shrugs)
But hey, as one last hurrah for the camper- it appears my water heater bypass valve has sprung a leak:

I spent time tonight digging around to verify that was where it was leaking. Managed to make the problem worse and now need to make a decision: order the part and fight the fix (it sucks to get to and I HATE those cinch clamps), order the part and call a mobile RV tech (which $$$), or leave it and tell the dealer and let them ding me on the trade price by a little.
Sigh, bastard.

Agreed. Works well, though my wife won’t trust it. She finds that ours (v1) is usually off by 1/4”-1/2” from her and the 2’ level on the floor.
Where it really shines is for overnights where you want the most level spot but don’t want to actually level the camper. We were able to find dead nuts level at a winery in the grass by using it. Otherwise, we likely would have had to bust out boards.
