We've been talking about doing it for three years.
The final straw was when a small car pulled out in front of me going 25mph on the freeway. I was going 58. I missed him by inches.
I'm also tired of playing "what bounced around this time" in the garage.

That's one reason I added a 2 gallon pressure tank to the plumbing. Pump doesn't start as often now. Can generally get thru a night...

Dors anyone else hate the glass stove cover?
I originally thought the glass cover over the 3 burner stove would be great. Create more counter top and act as a backsplash. After a season of camping I HATE the thing. It is impossible to keep clean. It falls over when using the cooktop.
Has anyone removed it and use a different alternative to cover the stovetop when not in use?

It does show dust and dirt pretty easy since it's glass, but I've never had any issue of it falling over. Mine tilts back pretty far when open and can't see how it would fall forward.
Over all, I like a lot.

Ours is the older model with the thin metal top rather than the glass top but I would think you should be able to remove it easily. We replaced the top with this large hardwood cutting board.

I haven't done anything to the camper today, yet anyway. Yesterday I replaced to shot Suburban furnace circuit board with a Dinosaur board. Works like a charm now. I will say I thought I was going to be smart about the change. I installed a 4 pin automotive connector. That part works great, however I should have spliced in an extra 20 inches of wire. The space is tight and the wires short. Arms look like I fought off a rabid cat, but the job got done.

We have a 263RL. We have done the same, but after the hurricanes a couple of times. We loose power for about a week each time we have a hurricane go through. We hook up the house and garage refrigerators and the electrical in the TT to the generator so we can sleep with air conditioning at night.

Still waiting on PDI fixes. Fairly short list and other than a water leak, it’s all been cosmetic.
They still haven’t swapped things from our rig to the new one. Sounds like they’re now planning on that tomorrow morning.

No but, did go through the trade, purchase, repair, TRANSFER thing too so, know exactly what you went through.
Congrats and

The original board lasted 13 months. We went camping in the snow up in Townsend, TN back in December. Woke up Saturday morning to 42 degrees inside the camper.

Installed a pair of vintage Realistic Minimus 7's which were a pioneer in bookshelf speakers. The sound is night and day different.

replaced the 1 X1.5 inch cross trailer supports for the corpolast underbelly which were held in place by mashed down corpolast and lots of staples with 1 X 4 inch held in place with sheet metal brackets. then got frustrated and quit while looking at the state of the wiring. On the front part of slide the wires are run over the slide rails (as they should be) and on the rear they are run under the rails were they could get caught in the gear teeth of the slide, are just poor. I'm going to cover the wires with automotive plastic shield where they can't be strapped up safely frustrating.

I don't think I've ever seen pine boards under a trailer before. What's the purpose of those, and wouldn't they rot pretty quick?

Ray they hold the corpolast up and are completely covered. If its getting wet under there you have a problem
