I kept my original crappy spare as I didn't plan on needing it for very long. (Read: a crappy tire would be just fine until I could get to a tire store.) My bet worked on the 2 tire events that I had.

I will remember that for next time I need to take more than one off.

On our new 2906ws, Rockwood decided to put the only outside outlet in the front storage compartment. So that means if you have anything outside you need to plug in you will have to leave your storage door open...(crazy I know). So this is what I did today for a whopping cost of about $7.00. I cut a 1.5" hole in the floor of the storage area and I installed a weatherproof outlet cover to the underneath of the camper. I used a plastic plumbing piece that for the life of me I can't think of the name of and slid that in from the top. Here are some pictures to visually explain my madness.

That is a very cool idea. "Keep It Simple Stupid" approach.

Installed the new TST tire pressure monitoring system, replacing the one I have had for 11 years. The old one still works and I will gift it to our daughter for use on her tow behind.
I now have a color monitor and the pressure sensors (non flow through) have user replaceable batteries.
Now, I just need to go camping[emoji2]

Windchill only effects living things. RV are effected by windchill. We are camping this weekend. It is 33F cold but latent heat takes a long time to freeze plumbing.

If you have an enclosed underbelly, your plumbing will be safe over night, 20 degrees outside is not the temp of the underbelly, as long as it gets above 32 during the day. Never had a problem for a dip.

Last trip we had some water appear on hall floor after showers on day 2. None on the first day. We kept a towel down for 3rd day.

After yard work today i thought i would tackle it, i was not looking forward to but all prepared to take the trim off like i have seen in this forum. I was also going to remove access panel to see if drain was the issue. Well i do not want to jinx myself but i think this is the culprit

I did notice screws seem to be away from the trim. Yep naturally striped the wood paneling

I siliconed the screw heads as well

Here is a picture of it cleaned out some

Naturally the Kidde replacement fire extinguisher would not fit in previous holder.

I was going to find a stud for new holder then thought yuck on the old holes. Luckily they did line up with replacement holder. I did use some drywall plastic anchors

For anything I want held tight to the walls(like bath moldings) I use the moly fasteners that collapse as you tighten the machine screw it uses and forms anchor "petals".

If it wasn't for all the "fixit" stuff what would we all do when we run out of regular chores?😁😁

I also was 99% sure it would be fine leaving it overnight but for 15 minutes of my time and $2.58 I made sure nothing would happen.

Without throwing stones, This forum is a great resource... If you are handy or not, at the very, least a person can learn what needs to be done.
